I had an issue with a delivery
I had an issue with a delivery. When I contacted Nordic Sculpt I received a reply back under 24 hours. The customer service I received from all the team at Nordic Sculpt was very friendly and efficient, especially from Kristina who was truly amazing and went above and beyond to help me. I can honestly say I highly recommend Nordic Sculpt to anyone thinking of buying any of their products

3 weeks and counting...
I ordered this product 3 weeks ago and, after 8 or 9 days I emailed requesting an update on order. I was then told that the smart pads were out of stock (which should have been stated on their website). Then I was told my order would be shipped and then told it was being handed over to the local courier. I received a tracking number 8 days ago (and for 8 days it has stated 'parcel is being prepared by the shipper). After 3 weeks, I am frustrated as I have received regular emails with 'updates' and 'promises' and yet still I wait.

it reaches 99 dB!
Very strange that around 90% of the reviews here focus on customer service rather than the actual product performance, that should already be a warning sign.
Unfortunately, my experience confirms why.
I received a defective massager that is extremely loud and makes a knocking noise at higher speeds. I measured the noise level - it reaches 99 dB(!), which is completely unacceptable for this type of device. It is literally unusable without earplugs.
The packaging was also very poor - the product arrived wrapped only in plastic, and the box itself had a hole in it. Honestly, it looked more like a Temu delivery than a “premium” brand.
For the past week I’ve been going back and forth via email. I keep receiving polite messages about how much they care about customer satisfaction, but nothing actually gets resolved.
I am not willing to pay around €30 to return a defective product. This should clearly be treated as a faulty item, not a standard return.
At this point, I am very disappointed - both with the product quality and how this situation is being handled.

Great customer service!!
I needed help deciding what treatment was best for me. Kristina helped me out and it made the choice really easy after she guided me. She was really helpful and was the reason I bought what I wanted today. Usually I don’t get that kind of assistance in person let alone on message but I’m really happy with her customer service she was great! 11/10

I’ve been using my Nordisculpt Bodysculpt 1.0 for just under 3 weeks now and I’m honestly so impressed with the results already. And when I say I have tried so many different products and devices and am not kidding. You can actually see the difference in my photos (not sure how to add them here) - my skin looks tighter, smoother, and so much more toned. I didn’t expect to notice changes this quickly, but it’s genuinely working. Safe to say I’m saying goodbye to saggy, overstretched skin 👋✨
