Hi Alan,
I'm not sure what records you've been looking for, or where you've been looking for them. I assume it's Google or another search engine.
The problem here is basically twofold. First, we have been trading for nearly thirty years and in that time have listed up over 125,000 records. Keeping all of that material in-stock is impossible.
Second, even if we did decide to keep everything we possibly could in-stock, the nature of the physical music business is that availability is often limited by external factors beyond our control. For a start, records go out of print *all the time*. There is literally nothing we can do about titles that have long gone and that the label has no interest in pressing more of. Even stuff that hasn't gone out-of-print is often subject to severe availability demands: things like limited-editions, specific colour versions, etc. often sell out very, very quickly with no further option for us to get more copies in.
Like I say, I don't know what records you are looking for or where you have been looking. It may be that you are looking for records that are available and that we could be stocking. It may be that you are looking for records that even if we dearly wanted to stock them, we can't because they no longer exist.
Rather than just leaving a one-star review based on Google's search results or whatever, you could contact us on help@normanrecords.com and we'll see if we find what you're looking for?

Nice selection, good prices, little reward system in place to save some cash on future purchases, well packaged on shipping, and a fairly responsive and understanding customer service system.
I've ordered from Norman Records for a few years and it's always been an easy experience, with regular pre-order updates.

Amazing service!
Really amazing service from James at Norman records, I called the store as I was after a record for my best friend’s birthday which is in a couple of days and he was very informative and assured me he would send my online order to the packing team straight away so I get it in time. Made sure the record was sent out same day and I got it literally next morning, I cannot fault these guys and also the record I was after is the cheapest I’ve found online for that LP! All their items are cheaper then Fopp, HMV ect, well worth your business and money this store
