The products seem good. I love that they're vegan! They seem to help my health.
I had a problem with one delivery not being in good condition. The customer service went above and beyond in dealing very swiftly and helpfully with the problem. I'm really genuinely impressed. I wish all companies had such excellent customer service! Congratulations to them for being such a top company to buy from!

Having 2 products delivered on time each month with easy option to pause a delivery. This month wrong product sent but quickly resolved and my normal supplement sent.

I have been buying three of their products for probably three years for my husband and myself and I feel they contribute to keep us both going. I recently had to contact customer support and received swift and efficient action. I have no complaints re this company.

I tried the product from this company, but didn't like the taste, that's OK, everyone has different tastes! I cancelled my subscription, twice! However, they continue to send out the product and deduct funds from my account. Sure, they have said they will refund but each time I have the inconvenience of making the return, checking my account and they deduct £3.99 for return postage! Cancelling their subscription is very difficult, inconvenient and frankly if you had a good product why would you need to punish your customer?

Brilliant company and products. The collagen and omegas are excellent, and I've definitely seen a huge improvement in my nail health which was the main reason for my purchase, as they were so brittle. I dont love the taste but in a glass of squash its a great part of my daily routine now. It took about 8 weeks to really see any difference. Ill continue to purchase. Thanks for creating a product proven to work and without using animals in the ingredients.

I actually contacted Nothing Fishy with a personal comment and question and also said how much I appreciate what the company is doing regarding their products. I have never emailed any company before and didn’t expect a reply to be honest so I was stunned when I did. Bohdan replied to my email and how lovely it was to talk to a human being. So there you go. The products I have tried and continue to subscribe to have made a great deal of different to my heath and wellbeing
Especially recommend the Omega 3 has made a different to my memory and concentration
The Collagen in Mango flavour is a must it’s not to sweet very pleasant natural tasting and refreshing
My skin and hair have been much improved the most important factor
I have found has been the positive impact on my digestion
I would recommend trying subscriptions as they are great value for the quality of product and can be skipped or cancelled very easily 🌸

The mango collagen powder tastes like bile it is absolutely gross. It's not even something you can just down because it is that bad. I stuck with it for a couple months as reviews are very positive but I haven't seen any changes.

After still taking my money (£54!) from my bank for a cancelled order, I’ve waited over six weeks for a refund, spoken to several people who promise to sort it out and never do, and have now completely run out of vitamins cos of the mess up (by them) of my subscription. Seems like the only way of getting a response is on a public forum so…GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!

My friend recommended this collogen and she was kind enough to purchase it for me. Unfortunately it didn't arrive to me in a fit state to take. I contacted the company explaining that a friend had purchased it so I didn't have an order number etc. They refused to replace it which I found shocking, not only on a customer service level but also on a business level. If I had been impressed, how many friends would have started using it also. So I am guessing the product would have been good but the customer service is shocking and short sighted!

Update: The company has now sent me the product. It is a really nice textured powder and is truly unflavoured so is very easy to drink. I am only half the way through the first month so I can't comment if it is working, but I'm hopeful.

I just love the algae vitamins. I’ve been taking them for a while now and I won’t be without them.

I have been using their omega 3 softgels for a few months and the pain in my right knee has gone. I also contacted the Company to delay delivery of my subscription for two weeks and my request was dealt with promptly. Great product and great customer service.
