I have been using the Omega 3 and Sea Moss for some months now and have noticed a difference to my overall well being. An added bonus is that my hair which tended to come out daily, during washing or brushing has virtually stopped, an unexpected positive side effect of taking the product. Customer service is great. I had no bother changing the duration of my subscription. Very happy, would definitely recommend.

Frustrating trying to cancel accidentally subscription
Good products, but trying to cancel an accidental subscription was a real pain. Never mind you don’t know you took out a subscription until you pay!!!!
I’ve finally managed to cancel, I’ve never known a more long winded way to cancel a subscription, I chose to cancel end of !! I don’t need to sit through a tiresome con descending video from the founder asking if i am truly sure I really want to cancel (i chose to for Pete’s sake) and several discount offers designed to change my simple mind, before finally being allowed to cancel !!

No response from customer " service "
Very frustrating weekend as they duplicated my order. Emails to them generate a sickly ai generated response but nothing tangible.
Tried to cancel one order, no response. I've deleted my card details from the website and cancelled my subscription. Will take up with trading standards if they put another foot wrong.
Edit- they have refunded the additional cost of a second order , and asked me to note this in my review.

Absolute rubbish company
Absolute rubbish company. I have been trying to set up a subscription bundle for over a week but when I try to order, I can set one item up for every 60 days but can only set the other one for every 30 days which I don't want.
I asked them how I could do that. A simple enough question, even if the answer was that you can't.
All I keep getting is that they will forward my query to the team but never an answer.
Now they have had the cheek to ask me to review them, impossible as there is not a zero score. 1 is the lowest I can give.
Other comments on their page have said how difficult it is to change the subscription when they wanted to miss a month, not worth the hassle.
I have given up and now no longer want deal with a company who cares so little about their customers that they don't want to answer their queries.

I haven't been taking them very long, so I can't really comment yet. However, the company's service seems to be very good. I like the little glass jar to put the capsules in.

I get all the vitamins nothingfishy supply. I don't know for sure if they are working but I seem to be able to ward off a lot of the bugs going around and I'm a supply teacher so I go into a bug filled classroom where the teacher is off because they have succumbed!

Easily understood information
Easily understood information, easy to order, good communication when I asked about combining my new order with my existing bundle. Very pleased with the products a great improvement on the supplements I used to takem, particularelly the Omega, no aftertaste or repeating after swallowing. Regular delivery at the time I choose. These are high quality suppliments that are very clean. I started out with the omega 3 capsuals some years back and now both my partner and I take other suppliments from nothingfishy as their range has steadily expanded. I've felt very well on them and it's so good to know that these are really clean, without chemicals or fillers. We avoid chemicals in our food and our household and toiletry products, so we are keen to have our suppliments be in line with that. Presentation and packaging are very ecological and nicely designed too. Everything is delivered as needed and in good time. I couldn't be happier
