Great staff and great product range
I personally believe the staff on the phones are very polite and helpful. Website is great and when paying it's no problem although twice when I have tried using Klarna through the website it's glitched and hasn't worked , not sure if it's been my phone but thought I'd mention incase anyone else had had this issue and it could be looked it. When calling to sort over the phone the staff are always so lovely and happy to help and sorted very quickly.
I love having more than one brand on the website as it's great to save on delivery too. Would be great to expand to even more brand and products as I lovely using this company.

Always excellent customer service
Always excellent customer service - the girls are very kind and knowledgeable on the phone, and care with packaging. The products are fab too, as is the pricing!
Knocked a star off because of postage options. Sadly, next day delivery is not available, and because parcels are sent with Royal Mail you never get a timeslot to expect delivery like with DPD or Evri...just 'sometime' within 3-5 working days, between 8am-7pm. This makes it incredibly difficult to plan when I will be around to receive the order (as my clinic is open part time, 10-6)

A fabulous experience
I had a fabulous experience with the Microblading training. The trainers and the team were really supportive and full of lots of tips and advice. The online learning platform is amazing, really accessible and easy to use. The training was extremely in depth covering all bases in detail.

1st line of my address missing
Although I had previously placed an order before and had an account, my order was sent out with the first line of the address missing 🙄🫣 my order didn’t get to me and only on me chasing it did they send out another one by which time I had to move a couple of clients appointments as I was without stock.
