Late delivery
Products great and order was correct, however I paid £7 for express next day delivery, but it was despatched late and took two days to arrive, which left me short of products in the busiest week of the year. I had to buy alternatives from a local wholesaler which was more hassle and expense. This is not the first time delivery has arrived late.

With our Express shipping we aim to deliver next day however in line with our terms and conditions, we do advise to allow up to 48 hours for delivery, should there be factors out of our control that may prevent the order being delivered next day.

Incomplete order
I placed an order on the 30th November which arrived on the 5th December, however there was 1 item missing. I emailed this information with a pic of my invoice. I received an email back explaining that they were very busy due to the black Friday sale and that they would deal with it between 3-7 days. It is now 15th December and I haven't received the rest of my order or any form of communication.
