I received the so called supplements, just didn’t agree to a subscription.

Total scam!!!! I should have read about this company before purchasing 😡

I bought a one-time product and disn’t register to automatic renewal, but they charged my card anyway and sent me the product again.

Now I’m sendong emails to the support address, but no answers.

Do not buy from them.

3 times I have contacted them to cancel my subscription and still they are sending out the horrible powders that do not do what the company proclaim.

SCAM. DO NOT TRUST

This company is not legit. They give the appearance of being based in whichever country the customer is based in, when actually they operate from China. I stupidly followed a Facebook advert with fake recommendations. After ordering a health supplement I discovered lots of people saying their orders never arrived. The company then puts you on subscription without telling you, taking future payments without consent. I've been too worried to use the supplements as some had suggested they are counterfeit. Been trying to get the two charges refunded. I think I have managed to get the second charge refunded (removed from credit card bill) but still trying for the first one that I had ordered willingly. Taken it to Consumer Rights now. I have had responses from "customer services" at Novarapure but can't believe a word they say.

Scam - money is deducted from account after first purchase without authorisation and there is no way to cancel.

Scam site beware. Made one order and they have now taken a second unauthorised amount from my bank for a second order . Email to their support is blocked .

I naively ordered nad+ from this company solely based on so many excellent reviews on Facebook. Check out Amanda Thomason’s page .
I received the product BUT they have automatically taken money from my account and I cannot find anywhere to cancel. I have taken this up with my bank now and at some point I will be refunded but since digging further I won’t even use the product as I’m doubting what’s actually in the capsules
Definitely a scam

Essentially a scam. Naïvely I ordered from this company without checking them out. They failed to respond to any emails and charged my card twice more each month before my bank was finally able to raise a dispute and get my money refunded.

This company automatically will Auto renew and keep charging every month your credit card when you have not authorized to do so there's no way to contact them or do they respond back when you tell them to stop it it's horrible

Do not use this company. Please speak to your bank fraud team to resolve the situation. They will cancel this all for you and you will be given a refund.

How do I stop the subscription? I can’t even get into their website. HELP!!

SCAM this company took money out of my mums account for a second purchase something she didn’t do. There is no where it says subscription. This isn’t fair. I emailed them and cancelled her card from the website but how can you trust them.

Scam, they’ve tried to take money out of my bank when I didn’t prescribe. No way of getting in touch with said company.

DO NOT BUY ! They don’t supply and keep billing you with monthly subscription. The first product did not arrive and direct debit ( unauthorised taken) .

They claim there is a link in your order to cancel but there is none. SCAM

Please do not buy from this company, I stupidly ordered from here without checking. I received my order after 2 weeks, the next Month they took my money and sent me a repeat order. Nowhere on the website can you cancel the order or the subscription that I didn’t sign up to.

Disgusting to see they are taking payments without my approval, no subscription was signed and they continue to send products to me, I’ve emailed now constantly and heard nothing back , I am going to trading standards as it’s not fair

This company is from China. When you order they will take money out of your account every month after your first order. Beware !! Do not use. They will not reply to you, just keep taking money off you !!
