Scam company with fake products and no customer service.

They have set me up for a subscription which I didn’t ask for and there is no way to cancel this. I have had to freeze my card so no money can be taken.
Sent numerous emails to cancel and yet to have a response!

Like everyone else has been saying this is a scam. My 3 year old purchased with Apple Pay because his face is so similar to mine when he was using my phone. I contacted them immediately because I didn’t see a way to cancel it. They didn’t respond for like 4 days and said it was too late to cancel it. The website sends people in circles with no way to actually cancel. We tried the product because it was sent to us and it gave us all headaches. DO NOT BUY.

Scam. Charged me for fake postage they put on. Won’t respond to emails…

This is a SCAM! No response to emails or contact page. Tricked into purchasing through my friends account being hacked.

They are taking money out of my account on repeat orders without my authority- no customer service and they’re not responding to my emails. I don’t want their awful product. How do I stop these orders if they won’t answer me?!? Help!!

Comes from China. Took a month to get. Fake label placed. Cost me $9.35 for postage just to get it. I do not feel comfortable giving this to my child.

This company is a complete scam. They sold me fake products and there is absolutely no customer service to help with a refund or to cancel my subscription. I wasted $70 that I will never get back. Do not buy from them—save yourself the money and frustration and stay far away.

Complete scam. Bummed I fell for it. Wish I saw trusted reviews before I spent the $70.

They had posted hundreds of fake bot reviews and only after I submitted my order did I start seeing that they're not a real company, no website, no customer service- the email where I sent requesting information came from a different company all very sketchy.

I placed order for their Mood Munchies and immediately tried to cancel but there was no way to on their site (even though it is stated it can be done on order details page). I emailed them to ask for cancellation but was then sent email several days later that product was shipped. This company is selling products that are a knockoff of another company’s product. Same packaging and same name so consumers are buying wrong product from them.

I purchased the Mood Magic in August from this site. I never received it and, honestly forgot about the purchase when I was charged AGAIN for another order for Mood Magic. I never sign up for any subscriptions, especially for a product I've never used before.

This is a scam site. No product was delievered and they signed me up for a subscription without my consent.

There is no way to cancel the subscription either, the site sends you in circles. I had to submit a dispute with my bank.
