Never arrived into novibet account
Texted for hours to be told I'll get it back in 2/3 days.
Then deposited €10
Lost it on bet.
Got free bets, lost first and second one.
Won €50 on next bet , took 5/1 horse won 12/1 , withdrew €50 and again 2/3 days.
2 days later tried logging in, account deactivated, never got 50 I withdrew.
Asked me for verification
Driving licence
Bank statement
Passport
Bank card photographs front/back
With ccv covered
Then photo of me with Passport held to my face, now an official document proving phone is Registered to me?
My name on Passport birth cert is James but always been called seamus (same)
Though the documents I provided gave seamus with James in brackets still no €50 and owed €40 free bets. Still fighting 12 days now , how can they deduct money twice then cancel my winnings?
Now they want a phone bill and I've told them prepay don't do bills! #Daft or scam?

Their customer service is terrible, I have had a few issues and they refuse to fix them, just send you in an endless loop without any resolutions. None of Thier review buttons work. They have a great game novileague where you can compete for free money but once you win they lock you out of the game

is this a joke? I have verified everything they asked. One by one, even with my phone number,bank statements, passport picture,driving license. EDIT 02/05/24 - Bonus terms have changed extravagantly in the last few weeks in particular the "happy hours" 10 free spins. It's impossible to keep up with them.

I love novibet as an online casino but they do not reward their loyal customers enough. Every casino site I know offer goodwill gesture bonuses but I have been enquiring about a goodwill gesture bonus for a few weeks now and all I keep getting told is I will be emailed if one is available. That's ridiculous and absolutely appalling customer service towards a good customer since 2022. I understand about the casino bonus levels but to obtain a bonus from this you have to wager astronomical amounts of money, I know because I did exactly that in the last 3 months, over 2K and the total bonuses I got from that was less than 200. The bonus is not a bonus when you have to spend that much to get it. Today I have even gone as far as calling the helpline and got the very same answer as all the live chat agents say "I have forwarded your request to the responsible department and as soon as there is a bonus available for your account you will be notified via email." Its been WEEKS since I first raised this and I have not received one email from them.

Absolute scam. I withdrew money from slot winnings and they never arrived to my bank account. When I logged back into Novibet my remaining €40 on my account had also disappeared. I emailed customer service and never got a reply. Avoid at all costs. FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

I decided to login to Novibet after several years of inactivity. I logged in without problems. I deposited 50€ and I tried to place bets in Football. But my account was limited to under 1€ per stake from the 1st bet! I performed a withdrawal but they refused it and asked me to place all the amount in bets. Big fraud, stay away!!

Worst casino platform. Avoid it 100%!!! The casino game glitched while I was on bonus rounds and when I called they told me there is nothing wrong with the game, like the couldn’t find the winnings I had. Total scam !!

There ok , got paid in the end, they were looking for phone account confirmation, I guess a stalling tactic, but customer service sorted it out

I've read alot of negative reviews so I was very concerned as I had a withdrawal pending.
But I sent in my documents for verification, that was completed in a few hours and my withdrawal followed soon after.
All was very fast and without any issues.
I would highly recommend them.
My only minor observation would be, I'd like if they had football coupons i.e. an over 2.5, over 1.5, both teams to score etc.
It's very time consuming having to click into each game individually to make your selection.
Maybe these options are on the app but I just use the website.
