Rebecca Chesworth (Customer Service Executive) was amazing! We had a few issues living in Northern Ireland with the experience of arranging for our previous lease to be handed back around time of lease end / aligning with MOT dates, and also arranging the collection of our new car. Rebecca very expertly took ownership on behalf of the firm and resolved for us, leaving my wife and I as two very happy customers! Would recommend Novuna. Great end service and delighted with our new electric mercedes.
