I’ve just completed the process of ordering a new salary sacrifice vehicle through Novuna Vehicle Solutions and wanted to share how positive the experience has been.

In particular, I’d like to thank Lukas Machelski, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He was responsive, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with, and went above and beyond to help me work through the different options and understand the numbers.

Lukas took the time to look into alternatives when the portal wasn’t giving me what I needed, including finding a better deal on the EV2 and then working through the EV4 options with me. That made a real difference and meant I could properly compare the cars and choose the option that suited us best.

What could have been quite a complicated process was made surprisingly straightforward thanks to Lukas's help. He was always happy to look into things and find solutions rather than simply directing me back to the portal.

Good online options to manage your account but if you need to speak to someone to get help easy to get through to as well and uk call centre always really helpful. Spoke to Charette who was really great. Will definitely be looking to stay with them for next rental if price is right.
