Disgraceful Company !
Supplied me a new car which had faults the second I drove it, Made no effort to get car fixed, expected me to take time off work and be out of pocket!. Rude staff , I contact them to ask for payments to be put on hold , but was told to cancel my DD , I then received letters threatening to ruin my credit history for the next 6 years if I didn’t pay ! I contacted the ombudsman and after 6 months of hell I won my case and they were forced to take back car and pay me compensation. Good riddance to this vile company !!!

My employer use this company to supply company cars via salary sacrifice scheme. I was dealing with a lovely advisor Lizzie who is very knowledgeable about the cars and was very quick in replying to my queries. I have just finalised my order with her. Highly recommended! I shall come back to rate on other aspects of the customer service once I receive the car. But so far very happy with the company.

I spoke with Kate Swift on Friday regarding an issue I was trying to resolve, and I really appreciated her support. She was friendly, polite, and easy to speak to throughout the call. Kate took the time to provide all the information I needed, which helped me move forward with resolving the issue quickly and confidently. There was a long wait for the car I wanted and Lukas was incredibly helpful in helping me to secure the model we were looking for in a slightly different spec, arriving 5-6 months earlier than I was initially quoted. Thank you, Lukas.

They want a car back as if it had just come out of a showroom no problem with milage but they are totally unrealistic with the slightest mark its a used car of witch they have received good money

An absolute professional company with an eye for detail 5 star lodge tyres are at the top of there game, the fitter was polite and professional will definatly use them for my future tyre needs

Had my diesel Peugeot expert booked in for its bimonthly “ service “ (oil and filter change due to DPF) I book this in as soon as I see the warning as I’ve had experience of the van going into limp mode and then being told by NOVUNA, it was dangerous to drive, but I should try and drive it to a garage?!

I then had to hire a replacement vehicle at my own cost as they couldn’t look at it for two weeks.

I did make a formal complaint, however the external body that they use to handle their complaints is actually a subscription that they pay to belong to so you won’t ever get anywhere with them if you do want to complain.

Anyway, I digress. So I noticed in the lead up to the booking about a week before that my rear driver side brake was grinding quite badly. I rang Novuna driver line and the lady I spoke to on the phone (always record your calls for future reference) said not a problem she would put a note on the booking and the garage would do it. This sounded far too easy and straight forward for a NOVUNA interaction so I asked if there’d be a confirmation email or text message as there is with every other booking that they make and was told there wouldn’t be.

Lo and behold the morning that the van is due to be worked on. I ring the garage to confirm that the brakes are being looked at as well and they have no record of any message being added or Notes being added to my initial booking.

Not only that the vehicle is booked in on Saturday and despite the gentleman Jason that I spoke to at Halfords Plymouth Exeter Street working twice as hard for me to get hold of Novuna so that I could have the brakes looked at et cetera and them him for things like mileage he was told later on in the day that there was nobody there to authorise the work. How useful to have a vehicle booked in on a day when nobody in Novuna will be able to authorise any work anyway?

In my honest opinion if you can find another lease company and maybe they are a little bit more expensive, but you can get a much better service, then that is the best thing to do. I went down this route as I was hoping that having this vehicle would make my life easier and if I’m honest, any interaction I have with Novuna just makes life more difficult.

My brand-new Peugeot expert has been in for a service since I had it last April about seven or eight times… thank God I paid for the service package else that would all be done out of my own pocket. Even though the vehicle is bran new and shouldn’t require up to 2 services per month I am told that when I drop the vehicle off I will lose it for a day no courtesy vehicle is provided however if you want to pay another fee, they can provide a courtesy vehicle… money, money, money.

Would not recommend.
