Have had a conpany car through Novuna…
Have had a conpany car through Novuna for 4 years now and no issues whatsoever in dealing with them in everything from tyres, service or even glass repair. Going through the process now to get a new company car as my current lease is ending and so far the process has been smooth with great communication from their side.

I contacted novena solution regarding a software upg4ade.
I contacted novena solution regarding a software upgrade. I spoke to Chris who was polite and informative. I mentioned that the vehicle would be due its 1st service on 1st October and he agreed that the software upgrade and service could be done on one visit. He arranged for my vehicle to serviced etc and also a courtesy car to be provided for my convenience.

Good customer support
Good service in the ordering process - Lukasz Machelski was very helpful and took time to talk through the process, the best available deals, and how they would liaise with the existing lease company for me. It's nice to be able to talk to a named person to discuss things rather than just rely on a portal/website. Looking forward to getting my new car next year.
