Great understanding, empathy and service
Spoke to both Samantha Evans and Nic Robbins today who were incredibly helpful. I was super anxious about returning the vehicle for a few reasons but personal circumstances have made it difficult to stay on top of everything vehicle related but the two were so understanding and reassured me on a few different matters. I felt really in the dark about some of the financial penalties but the guys were so helpful with information provided and put a lot of my worries to rest. Thank you so much!

Straightforward and easy
Customer service is actually really good any time I’ve needed it. In particular when dealing with Nick, everything is easily explained and dealt with. Big recommend - especially Nick!

Lukas M was an absolute pleasure to speak to. I was nervous / unsure what car to order, lack any knowledge around cars & understanding VFM etc when ordering a company car. He was patient, really helpful and just made it a really easy decision for me.
Unfortunately for him, I will be recommending my colleagues to speak to him as I would have spent forever without him - And potentially not got the car I'd be happy with.
