ONE SENTENCE if you don't have time: AVOID AT ALL COST, A DISHONEST COMPANY WITH EXTREMELY UNETHICAL EMPLOYEES

Absolutely a disaster company, it is not a scam but they are a bunch of extremely dishonest people who sucks your money. At a broader level, this also shows the extremely poor situation in India, how it is a place nurtured by dishonest, unethical companies and nurture extremely incompetent, unethical employees. If the Indian Govt does nothing and blacklist such companies, there is absolutely nothing stopping India to be in the worst possible countries to work for.

A bullet point yet non-exhaustive list:

- They took more than 800 USD from me, provided some fake updates every 10 days and at the end, did not provide any service.

- The update every 10 days is mostly GPT generated messages, often contained inconsistencies like they will say "Document verification has completed" and then after two weeks they will say that "Document verification is ongoing". When asked about the same, they won't respond.

- I dealt with three persons: "Suraj", "Rupali" and "Neha Rai" -- Note their names, not that anyone else is any better, but these three are the ones I can vouch for.

- Firstly, about "Suraj", cannot even write good English, does not answer the question asked for. When asking for money, he will be very confident that "oh yes yes, our team will manage that". After taking the money, he will be silent and as I mentioned, will send fake GPT-generated messages. When chatting on WhatsApp, his English will be incomprehensible. Lastly, he simply disappeared when he cannot get the job done.

- Then comes "Rupali", she is slightly more educated but she will behave like "we took your money, we spend your money, we did not get the job done, we return you half the money, so get it or get lost". You get the point.

- Last but not the least, comes "Neha Rai" (I am quite sure that this name is fake, but whatever it's worth) -- the absolutely worst, uneducated, unprofessional and ignorant. I do not even understand how she got the job, she is basically the reason, India is looked down and a bunch of qualified Indian people are unemployed because persons like her is occupying the job she does not deserve the least. She should be thrown out immediately. She was chatting with me like I am a criminal. The simple thing I had asked her to send an email clarifying the status. She started saying "we cannot do that", "we have already done that by status emails", "do not ask to do that again and again and again". The problem is that she does not even understand English I think and yet she was chatting with an NRI (outstanding). Oh BTW, she is so ignorant that she sent a message asking for my phone number, where my phone number was already given to the person assigned to me. So she does not even bother to chat with her colleagues. I forgot to ask, she also asked my phone number through a "noreply" email, this is basic lady.

Well now, why did I ask her to send the status, as you might also think that it is redundant if emails were already sent. Unlike "Neha", I am a logical person and the reason I asked her to send the status because she mentioned CMO order through Whatsapp message yet their regular status messages always mention "server issue" (with no mention to CMO at all). All I asked is to mention that "CMO" in her email, as this shows a valid reason for me to show to my employer. And GUESS what? she started frowning and started throwing tantrums. This not only shows that she is one of the worst, but I am fairly confident that the company is actually lying outright and they absolutely did not do anything other than sucking my money.

Long story short, you spend a truck load of money to get a simple document, they will lure you to get the money, sounding very confident that they will get the job done. And once you give the money, they will send fake GPT-generated messages which will mean nothing and they will start to behave defensively as if all is your fault. Long Live India.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. OH BTW, I AM GIVING "1" STAR ONLY BECAUSE THERE IS NO OPTION TO GIVE ZERO OR NEGATIVE.

Very efficient and transparent service

Extremely poor service. Promised results in two weeks. It's four months and I am still waiting.

No meaningful response obtained from customer service, point person or management. In fact they avoid taking the call or pro.ise to call back shortly and do not.

Totally useless company. Only cheats people . No refund policy nothing .

Terrible experience. They made me wait for more than 3 months at the end of which they were unable to deliver. They were super confident when asking for the money despite knowing the situation. Every time I followed up they would ask for yet another document and all I would get is an automated response on the status. Try only if you have a lot of time but have a Plan B - very unreliable

Dear NRIWAY Team,

I requested an official transcript from Annamalai University through your service on 30 March 2026. It has now been approximately 90 days, and the matter remains unresolved.

Throughout this period, I have repeatedly followed up with your team. Unfortunately, I have received the same assurances that “it will be completed by Friday,” only to be told on Friday that it will be completed on Monday. This cycle has continued without any concrete progress or transparent communication.

I am also unable to understand the explanation that the university has been on leave, especially when admissions have been ongoing during this period. Such explanations are inconsistent with the information available publicly and have further reduced my confidence in the handling of my application.

I have already spoken with Ms. Pratiksha (Manager) and Ms. Rupali (Director). Both requested additional time, which I granted in good faith. However, I am no longer receiving responses from them or from your support team.

Due to this prolonged delay, my academic and professional progress has been adversely affected. I have also requested a refund through email on multiple occasions, but I have not received any response regarding my refund request.

As I have exhausted all available communication channels without receiving a satisfactory resolution, I hereby request the immediate processing of my refund.

I honestly can't recommend NRIWAY enough! I needed to get a
Non-Availability of Birth Certificate (NABC) from my hometown—a small
town in India—and I was pretty nervous about whether it would even be
possible. I had no idea how to navigate the local government offices,
and I was bracing myself for a long, frustrating process.

Fraudulent Company - NRI Way Part 2

I received a response to my previous post on Trust Pilot which I posted yesterday. 1st point to note is that they completely ignored me and only responded once I went public with it. Now they are saying original records at Muncipality in Kolkata had fathers Name as X which is a complete lie as original birth certificate which just mentioned a baby had fathers name as properly mentioned in it which means the clerk at aNRIWay who filled out the forms for reissue of birth certificate made a error and put name as X instead of proper name as provided by myself and original documents. I am going to fight this and currently my claim with PayPal is going to challenge this fraudulent aspect of NRIway. One big learning is don’t pay them upfront for thier services till you get what you paid for and thank god I used PayPal for the transaction through my credit card which gives me a opportunity to address this. I am confident of a positive outcome with NRIway forced to refund me and will share the final verdict here. Please be very careful when you use thier services as they make careless mistakes which result in improper and incorrect documents received. I want to take this opportunity to educate others who might suffer like myself.
