I hired this agency to help me procure the necessary documents for getting married in Kuwait from India. They charged me total of ₹40,000 INR, promising smooth and professional assistance.Unfortunately, they are completely useless and have absolutely no idea what they are doing. They lack the basic knowledge required for international document legalization and Kuwaiti marriage procedures. Despite taking a massive amount of money, they provided zero help, wasted my time, and demonstrated complete ignorance throughout the process.Do not trust this agency with your important legal documents or your money. They are highly unprofessional and incompetent. Save your money and avoid them at all costs!

We had charged INR 40k from you for issuing 2 single status certificates one for your fiance Prabhdeep Pal singh and one for yourself, as mentioned on our website, clearly our charges remain constant for each client, we mention $ 240 for a standard certificate, hence for 2 certificates it will be $ 530, but we charged nearly $410, offering you discounted pricing for 2 certificates and we have the invoices and evidence to show you, in case you would want to seek clarity from our side.
We are a professional Chartered accountant firm and we are in the business since long time also, we have a lot of satisfied clients to whom we have delivered time and again what has been promised at committed pricing. However we have had instances where we issue refund in case we are unable to deliver the service, for yourself we have delivered the service as asked for with completeness and appropriate commitment.
Since Kuwait is not an hague convention country, we had shared with your fiance all details - regarding additional steps and cost involved in that.
We are happy to speak to you regarding your concern for additional stamping should you have queries, but we are strictly committed to abide by the laws and regulations.

Over priced and don’t know what certificate is required. They will just give some certificate in a hurry just to charge you without checking anything. Please make sure you check the documents required before proceeding. Price is almost triple than other agents
