Bakhoor bricks and burner lovely. Smell lasts for so long and room is well fragranced even when it’s not lit. Smells lovely. Definitely recommend

My first time ordering & I wasn’t disappointed. I got a mixture of cones & I’ve only tried the amber & oud, I put it in my hallway & the whole house smelt so nice & actually lasted a couple of days.

No problem ordering product. My order arrived quickly.
Have only tried 2 fragrances at the moment, but enough to know that the smell of the cones are amazing! The beautiful smell lasts for a long time, and it radiates through the house.
Great for getting rid of strong cooking smells, especially curry, fish etc.

Bought the cone welcome pack with a free gift. Really good product and potent. One cone makes the whole house smell great. The rose oud spray is also amazing and lingers for a long time. Delivery was also quick.

The tealight holder could be a bit better quality, especially the metal bit inside. It came a little bit bent also so doesnt sit flush

Lovey products but service poor. Sent an incorrect order, took two days to respond then put the onus on me to return what they’d sent in error before they would send out what I’d asked first. Will look at alternatives as made me feel quite under appreciated as a customer who has spent hundreds of with them over the last couple of years

I don’t understand where the good reviews have came from, ordered cone starter pack, base smell is nice but the smoke they give off is too much, ok if you want your house to smell like it’s on fire, next day after lighting full house smelled of stale cigarettes.

I highly recommend it the smell is so amazing and calm I tried all the different flavours but the are unique and so adorable. Especially after cooking burn it and i will vanish all the bad smells away

Delivery and presentation is beautiful. The fragrances are lovely and strong and last well.

I find the smoke gets on my chest quite a bit so use them when I'm out of the room.

Great service, efficient delivery and amazing scents!

I don't understand the good reviews, I believed them but I was wrong. The incense cones smell nice when they are in the packaging but when you burn them, all I smell is stale cigarettes. Would not recommend and customer service not very helpful.

Ordered as a gift for my husband. The scents are beautiful, the aroma fills the house and you can still smell it hours later. My order arrived quickly and was beautifully packaged. I will definitely order again in the future and I would recommend this company for all your home scent needs.

Don’t like to leave negative reviews but reached out twice to this company to let them know the diffuser has no smell whatsoever, clearly a faulty item. Generic advice given which I had already implemented as have used plenty of diffusers from different companies before. Really disappointed that I spent £27 on something that was not fit for purpose and the company don’t really want to know. From other reviews, i thought the house would smell incredible but I nor anyone else has noticed a fragrance.
