I had a really positive experience. Muhammed was very helpful, professional and easy to communicate with. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my mum could understand everything as well, even providing the information in Arabic for her. He was supportive throughout and made the whole process much easier for us. I really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend him. 5 stars!

I had the pleasure of meeting Dennis Williams, Housing Conditions Officer at Tenants Advice, and I wish to put on record how well he conducted himself. He arrived courteous and prepared, listened with genuine patience, and took the time to understand my concerns rather than hurrying past them. His manner was calm, respectful and thoroughly professional, and he explained matters plainly, without jargon or false promises.
It is rare these days to meet someone who treats a tenant's home, and a tenant's worries, with such quiet seriousness. Dennis restored a measure of confidence I had not expected to feel. I am grateful, and I would recommend his service without hesitation.

I honestly can’t thank Asim enough for all his help and support. From the beginning, he was so polite, patient and understanding. He came out to our property himself, took the time to look around and really listened to our concerns before helping us with our appeal against the housing association.
He explained everything to us properly and, most importantly, made things so much easier to understand. He didn’t make us feel rushed or confused and was always happy to go through things again and answer any questions we had.
I really appreciated how thorough and genuine he was throughout. You can tell he actually cares about helping people, and that made a stressful situation feel much more manageable.
Thank you again, Asim, for everything you’ve done. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs help and advice.
