Contacted them. They got back to me the following day, had all my details , surveyor came out and checked everything and then sorted a solicitor and things are moving well
All staff were very professional and friendly.

Ray was very polite, professional. I was aware if what was going to take place during his visit and he gave clear directions as to what his role is and what im to expect next moving forward. I felt comfortable to ask questions and was happy with visit. Ray took him time to listen and was able to advice next steps.

Unbelievable experience with Tenants…
Unbelievable experience with Tenants advice. They were very quick in helping me, as soon as I called and mentioned about the issues in my house, my housing came the next day to try and sort out.
Kevin came and looked around my property and what can I say, Top class gentleman.
Friendly and notified me of the next steps.
I got recommended by Natalie and she spoke very highly of him as she’s also getting her repairs sorted. I appreciate you visiting and giving me the help. Will definitely recommend
