Really helpful service. They came out quickly, listened to the issue, and checked everything properly with a thermal camera. Explained what they found in plain English and gave clear next steps. Felt like they actually cared about getting it sorted

The housing condition officer
The housing condition officer, Muhammed Rahman was very professional, showing me his ID card before entering my flat. He was very pleasant, friendly and clear on what he was talking about. He was very thorough taking photos of the damage to my balcony and enquiring of any other issues outstanding. He checked the bathroom for any damp or damage. He took photos of my ID and address. He was very thorough about how Tenants Advice work and support me and also neighbours, friends and family. All in all Muhammed was very professional and felt very easy with him in my home.
