I placed an order with NuroJit, expecting a smooth transaction, but my experience has been frustrating. The DHL tracking number they provided shows no updates, and after multiple calls to DHL, they confirmed they never received the package from NuroJit.

I reached out to NuroJit’s customer service multiple times, but I have yet to receive a clear answer regarding whether my package was even shipped. The lack of communication and transparency is extremely disappointing.

I was hoping to receive my order before traveling, but with no valid shipping confirmation, I may have to request a refund. I would advise others to be cautious when ordering from this company.

I initially purchased two jars of Nurojit Shilajit and experienced such tangibly positive effects that I subsequently ordered two jars of Shilajit with raw honey. Knowing that my faith in this product (or money) is not wasted. HIGHLY recommended!

Website offers a buy 2 get 1 free deal. So I ordered 2 and received just 2. I e-mailed them about it and was told I didn't "claim the promotion"..... They can't do anything for me except offer a 15% discount on my next order. They ignored my next e-mail.

EDIT: They e-mailed me after reading this and offered to make things right and send me a free jar. IF I delete this review and they confirm it.

Best Shailajit in the market

I've ordered Nurojit's Shilajit now for the 3rd time. The price and quality is top notch. Retired 13 years army fitness enthusiast who loves a natural take to dieting and supplements, I'd recommend Shilajit only from Nurojit.

Also if you have any issues their customer service is always quick to reply and help mitigate any issues asap. I really appreciate this company. Even shipping to Canada is quick! Thank you for providing such a stellar product.

I have bought shilajit Essence, Mystic Shilajit, and Nurojit shilajit and in my opinion if your looking for the most pure shilajit on the market it would be Nurojit. It tastes the worst out of the bunch that I tried but it's not supposed to taste good. And also makes me feel the best. It did take over two months to come in but if you want the legit stuff it's going to take time. Look up how they harvest it and sun dry it, takes time.

I have purchased and used this product. Definitely won’t be again. In my opinion after 3/4 weeks of use as directed with also good diet and training 3/4 times per week.!!! Nothing at all, no changes.

I have been a regular user of Nurojit Shilijit, it’s simply outstanding for me, I feel more energetic each time I head out on a long walk or weight workout I absolutely smash it.

Avoid them at all costs. Total SCAM. 2 months after I don't have my order nor the money I paid for it. Run away while you can!

Like others, I have not received my order from Nurojit.com I have sent several emails asking for updates and receive the same lazy, generic “thanks for your patience” response every time. Their products are far too expensive to be continually sloughed off.

I use this product everyday. It's absolutely 💯 the best. I look younger, much more energy with the busy life style l live. I totally recommend to anyone. Be game and try it. It won't be a regret. Veronica
