The good and bad Nutricity

There were no order placed and fulfillment communications, nor any shipping updates without prompting.
I was nervous based on the reviews online, after I had order the good and was very concerned.
On the positive, the team responded within 48hrs and continued to respond as I peppered them with correspondence on shipping etc.
The goods arrived with 10 days of order and I am thankful it all worked out.
I've provided feedback to the organisation and hopefully that helps the next person. The brand damage is shocking when you get a 50/50 response online, that the company could be a scam

Absolute waste of time

Absolute waste of time. I ordered my item and waited for weeks with no update and then had to email the company every day to get my money back. I am still surprised that they actually refunded me. Wish I had ordered from somewhere else because I’d have the product by now

No communication from the company took…

No communication from the company took weeks to get to me . When I did arrive it was in a courier bag that had been tapped around the bottle it was a nightmare to get into . Would never order from this company again and if you are thinking of ordering DONT !

Product taste is excellent and…

Product taste is excellent and hopefully will be beneficial to my children. The bottles seal was however open and some of the product had leaked. I am hoping this might have been from customs and not a tampered with product as I am giving it to my children.

3 weeks for melaton to arrive had to…

3 weeks for melaton to arrive had to keep emailing finding out where my order was . I normally pay $22 through iherb but I ordered here cost me nearly $100 .. dont order thru these guys go somewhere else

Demands personal bank details

Extremely sus and RED FLAG to deal with. They demanded a copy of my bank statement.

"To proceed with the processing of your order, we kindly ask you to provide us with a screenshot of your bank statement. This screenshot should clearly display the bank name and include transaction history showing the payment made to Nutricity."

I told them to take a hike and that they had no legal right to ask for this personal information.

I cancelled my order immediately and demanded a full refund. Still waiting to see if that happens. If not transaction will be disputed at bank.

Proceed with EXTREME CAUTION

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify that we never request full personal bank statements. In very rare cases where a payment is flagged as “high-risk” by our payment gateway (based on the gateway’s own risk-scoring system, not our choice), we may ask the customer to provide a small cropped screenshot showing only the specific Nutricity transaction.

This is not about viewing personal finances — the only detail we need is the transaction code generated by the bank, which is unique and helps us confirm the payment securely. This process is in place solely to protect both our customers and our store from fraudulent activity.

We completely understand if you’re not comfortable providing this and respect your decision. In such cases, we promptly process cancellations and refunds as requested.

Thank you for bringing this up — we’ll continue to improve how we communicate this policy so it’s clearer and less concerning.

Waiting for 12 days without any update…

Waiting for 12 days without any update after submit the order.
They post my order after I sent mail to ask where is my order.
Already would like to cancel the order if they still not send yet but they send parcel doesn't ask me anything.
And also waiting for another 10 days to receive parcel

Took a few weeks to arrive

Have used it for a week now and seems to be great product, but it took a few weeks to arrive which I was a bit surprised at. Took 9 days for them to even ship.

I will try them again.

I suspect they’re a scam

I suspect they’re a scam. They charged my credit card but I have received no confirmation or order number or information from them. no product either.
