I ordered some probiotics for $182.31 24 days ago. The money was taken from my account and i did not get a tracking number or even a email showing the purchase. After numerous emails which they took 2 days every time to get a response as there is no phone number to call they claimed they finally send it. This was a lie. Then after over 3 weeks they saying they recalled the parcel and issued a full refund and I still have no money and no probiotics. I've had to now go through my bank to chase up the refund which will take between 21 and 45 days according to my bank.
WHAT A NIGHTMARE! DONT BUY FROM THEM LOOK AT HOW MANY BAD REVIEWS THEY HAVE! I WISH I SEEN THE REVIEWS BEFORE I BOUGHT FROM THEM!

Your order was shipped on 11 April, but on 15 April you informed us you had raised a dispute with your bank. As per policy, we requested our courier partner to mark the shipment for "Return to Origin".

Likely scam! Received an email a few hours after placing and paying for an order asking for a copy of my bank statement for verification!!!! Have lodged a dispute with my bank and requested the charge be reversed, they informed me the request for a copy of my statement is unheard of.

Give a Miss
This is not a company based in Australia, despite the "com.au" in the name. Seems it is based in India and goods are being shipped from USA. Email links to tracking of shipment do not work, I eventually found the carrier and now after 2 weeks find my shipment is still bouncing around the US.
