Called regarding a suspecting scam call from Octopus Energy - Dexter was able to confirm that the call was NOT from Octopus and explained to me what the scammers 'angle' was (unauthorised switching of provider) and how Octopus protect our account against these things. I am now feeling very reassured and happy to block the suspect number.

My experience with Dan was excellent, he was quick to realise what my issue was and to resolve it. However, Octopus are not a good company to deal with and Dan wouldn't have had to do any resolving at all if Octopus were any good. I wanted Dan to get his due credit and intend to submit a separate review for Octopus.

Sabrina was fantastic, she made our switch over so simple, she was kind polite a breath of fresh air after all the problems we have had with our last supplier.

Brilliant service as usual - I contacted Octopus and spoke to Sudesh regarding new tariffs as our present one was due to end. He immediately emailed over the options with full details enabling our business to make a suitable choice. If only everything worked as well as OCTOPUS 👍
