Whilst unable to do business via website, made a phone call instead. My call was answered almost immediately by Harper. After explaining what was needed, Harper resolved the issue. A painless experience.

Easy to do and no hasel.
We do have a smart meter on site but no internet.
It would be good if the monitor could use the same method of communcation as you do. As I have octopus at home how do I go about setting up the app for both installations?
