Most of the goods I was looking to purchase are out of stock! Also you pay for delivery for a 48 hour delivery and usually it’s 7 days before you receive your order.

Our customer service operates Monday to Friday so I would imagine that your email from Saturday evening wasn't picked up until yesterday.
I believe that you were speaking with our owner yesterday regarding the delivery delay on your order. I think he confirmed that your order was dispatched on Wednesday the 14th and should have arrived with you on Friday/Saturday, but that unfortunately delays that are outside of our control sometimes do happen as parcels travel through Royal Mail's network.
As your order was shipped via an untracked service we wouldn't have been able to give an update on the location of your parcel as we are also unable to track items sent through this service. Generally speaking, any orders shipped using the untracked service do arrive within the expected 3-day delivery aim, however, sometimes delays do occur.
We would strongly suggest selecting the Tracked service if you need your order quickly and would like visibility on it as this shipping method allows you to see your parcel's journey and can help to keep you updated on when to expect your item.
I can only apologise for any inconvenience that the delivery delay on your parcel may have caused you - unfortunately, once an item has been dispatched by us any delays that it faces are outside of our control which, as a small business, is as frustrating for us as it is for customers whose orders are affected.
I hope your order arrives with you soon if it has not already done so. If it still has not arrived by the end of this week please do let me know and we follow up on this further for you.

I am sorry that you did not have a good experience with us this time round.
As my colleague explained in his emails with you, unfortunately, your communications were filtered into our junk folder, as shown in the screenshots sent (possibly due to the attached images); and as a result, we did not receive them.
We do take pride in our customer service, and unfortunately on this occasion we were unable to get back to you as we were unaware that you had reached out about your order.
We have taken steps to try and prevent this happening in the future.
I can only apologise again for the frustration that I am sure this caused - as a small business it is frustrating for us too when issues like this arise. While we were unable to rectify this for you due to your emails being filtered, I am glad that you were able to find a solution to the problem on your end, and we would be delighted to serve you again should you choose to shop with us again in the future.

If I could put 0 stars I would I as I have no order to review. I ordered from this company last year and never received my order. I contacted the company and they apologised and asked if I would still like my order which I said yes. Still received nothing and almost a year down the line I’m still waiting for the order. I hate doing negative reviews as I understand the impact it can have but I think I’ve have give them more than enough chances now. Please don’t waste your money by using this company.

I have to say the SodaPup Honey Pot is the dogs'...
A really robust product, far more durable than similar ones we've bought in the past. Simply fill it with raw food, pop it in the freezer... absolutely perfect for our Labradors' breakfasts - keeps them entertained for a good 10-15 minutes.
