You won’t regret it!
I was definitely apprehensive about spending so much money on a nonreturnable dress that I’d only seen online, but the dress reviews were all so positive that I decided to take the plunge. No regrets! I’m still waiting for the big day, but it arrived in the timeframe estimated and fits perfectly. The dress itself is gorgeous, and I can’t wait to see myself in it on my wedding day.

Alyona and her team were prompt with their responses and very helpful during the whole entire process of ordering my dress online!
I ordered the Fiorelia dress for my reception gown and it is sooooo pretty! It definitely matches the pictures online so that was a relief. There weren’t any 0 or size 2’s left when I had purchased this on sale, so I had it customized and they did well!
The only thing is that the sizing they offer when you get it customized is they don’t account for the torso length so it ended up being too long on me and I ended up paying the difference I saved from purchasing the dress on sale, put into tailoring haha. C’est la vie I guess!
I hope you’ll consider them when ordering your dress a the craftsmanship and staff after top notch!

Olivia Bottega is a wonderful option to purchase bridal clothing. I had a lovely experience with the team! Sadie was a person I was working with, and she helped me every step of the way. She helped me work through all issues, and she was VERY patient and so very professional! I appreciated that so much.
I did have some delays due to shipping issues, but this was absolutely NO fault of the company. They handled it with extreme care, and one of the founders herself contacted me to help me out. I received my dress and it was lovely. Beautiful material and great fit.
I highly recommend this store for a less stressful bridal experience.

LOVE my dress!
I am absolutely in love with my dress! I purchased the sparkly tea length dress, "Abril", in a size 4, and it fits me PERFECTLY. No alterations needed. For reference, I am 5'9" and ~125lbs. The dress hits ~5-6 inches from my ankle bone.
I did not purchase a dress with custom measurements, so I can't speak to how that process goes.
The dress is everything I was hoping for! The fabric and structure is fantastic quality. Just what you would expect from a boutique wedding dress and such a good deal! I love that the dress is lace-up, so I have a little wiggle room in sizing. I also appreciate that they sent a small sample of the dress fabric along with the dress. That was a nice touch and it has made finding shoes a lot easier!

Gorgeous dress! I received so many compliments all night, and it was comfortable to wear. It is a glitter bomb, which gives it the beautiful shimmer, but everything and everyone I touched was covered. The customer service was phenomenal! I ordered a custom size, but missed a confirmation email, and then received a phone call from a consultant making sure that my measurements were correct. The dress arrived earlier than expected, which was wonderful. All in all, it was a great experience and was my dream dress!

Ordered custom $2,300.00 - never arrived
Ordered custom $2,300.00 dress with rushed 5 week shipping. 8 weeks later no dress. Company emailed assuring my dress was done and going to be shipped from their Europe office to my destination Airbnb address instead of my US address since they were delayed. Even received email stating Olivia Bottega shipped the dress but after clicking the USPS tracking it said label not created- going all the way up to my wedding day. Luckily, I knew it was a total lie from the gecko bc USPS does not even ship packages from Europe to Aruba 😅 Based on other recent reviews and reddit complaints, this company has a going theme including lying about shipments and deliveries so I made sure to buy a last minute dress before flying to my wedding. Don't recommend! Its one thing to own up to a failure... another to straight lie about it and tell someone to show up to their wedding destination with no bridal shops and no dress. Complete nonsense.

We want to clarify what happened with complete transparency:
Your dress was shipped from Europe as promised, but destined for Aruba Post (not USPS).
Our system automatically generated a USPS tracking link due to a technical error, which was understandably misleading. This was never our intention.
We should have canceled the order the moment delays became inevitable, but we desperately hoped to deliver in time.
What we’ve done:
✓ Processed your full $2,300 refund (3-5 business days to appear)
✓ Overhauled our tracking system to prevent future confusion
✓ Added manual checks for atypical destinations like Aruba
The dress is still en route - if you’d like to keep it, we’ll cover all customs fees. If not, we fully understand.
This was a painful lesson for us. We’re so sorry your trust was broken, and we’re committed to earning it back.

READ BEFORE BUYING
first off, my dress is okay. it is a custom crepe jessica and it’s a little more mermaid than i expected. now that we got that out of the way, this company has given me more stress than i ever had in my 25 years of life. no bride deserves this. first, i bought a standard dress, didnt fit, so i sent it back and was told id get a refund. i started to become suspicious when they kept saying they’ll process it the next week, so i dug into it and realized they don’t like to refund customers unless they file a dispute with their credit card. so i did that and just found out (3 months later) that i won. great, moving on. i ordered a custom dress in FEB, made it obvious my wedding was in june. the woman said it should be finished and in my hands by May 2. Great, that’s more than enough time before my wedding. Come May 2, i haven’t heard anything, so i reached out asking for a status. Crickets. reached out again, was told my dress had a “fabric setback” and it was delayed 1-2 weeks. at this point, i have zero trust in this company, so i don’t take their word that it’s 1-2 weeks. i follow up weekly asking for updates for the next three weeks, and there are multiple days before hearing any response, which of course is just fluff. i panic. i accept that i am not getting my dress for my wedding despite them telling me i’d have it 7 weeks before. i finally get word that it shipped but it’s stuck in customs in belarus. the shipping itself took 2-3 weeks (be aware). my wedding is 3 weeks away and i just got my dress today, 4 weeks delayed. the irony is this dress has multiple dupes on the internet for 1/7th of the price, but i went with OB to avoid being scammed/disappointed. hah. the dress itself is good, not what i was expecting but good. i will never recommend them. the customer service team was very patient with me, they need a raise as im sure they deal with bridezillas all day. i’ve been waiting months to write this review, brides, please go somewhere else where you won’t have anxiety about where your dress is three weeks before your wedding.
