I had a dress crisis! A month before my wedding and I literally googled “dresses online” while I’m having a breakdown.
And I am grateful that I landed on this website, I found a dress ready to ship ( better than the original dress I was meant to get) and the team was very helpful assisting me to make sure the measurements are fit !
I got the dress with the veil for an incredible price !!! The quality is out of this world!

I loved my dress, looked exactly like the pictures. I ordered custom-made with my measurements and it came a little bigger so I did need to get it tailored. But at least it was bigger and not smaller

I ordered the 2 in 1 Sparkly Wedding Dress Tirion, and a family member later told me that when I appeared at the end of the aisle on my wedding day, there were many audible gasps, and they were because of the dress. I cannot even begin to describe how beautiful I felt in this dress. It was nothing short of a dream come true, and I truly believe it was the perfect embodiment of elegance, glamour, and sophistication, not to mention it fit perfectly with the Art-Deco vibes of my wedding. I custom-ordered, and it fit almost perfectly, I brought it to the tailor only to add a bustle. I couldn’t have asked for a better combination of vintage charm and modern sophistication. I loved the clean lines and elegant silhouette of the gown, but also the opulent touch from the glitter detail, and I definitely sparkled all night. I am beyond grateful for how this dress became such a focal point of the entire day, and it was my perfect fit for the occasion.

I purchased a sample dress for…
I purchased a sample dress for $3,321.00. After looking at all the details of the dress and going back and forth with one of their sales assistants via email, I finally purchased the sample dress 1 month after I initially found it. I returned the sample dress 2 days after I received it and waited over 3 weeks to receive my refund, and they only refunded me $1500. Their website and the sales assistant that I spoke with clearly said that they have a $60 restocking fee. I returned the dress unworn and in its original boxing per their return stipulations. I have no idea where the rest of my money is. I am currently disputing the theft of my money with my credit card. This company is a shady company. Do not do business with them. I now have only 3 months to find another wedding dress. They have wasted my time and are attempting to steal my money.

I have now received a full refund from the company in less than 1 week from the incident. I appreciate their prompt response and refunding me in full, however, I think the communication regarding the refund process was really abysmal. I was told that they planned on refunding me in 2 parts AFTER the fact. If this was the plan all along, someone should have reached out to me before I received a partial refund to inform me of this. Unfortunately, although I initially found my dress from Olivia Bottega, this experience has soured my opinion of the company and I am now going to find another dress elsewhere.

The process of ordering my dress was very easy, I was a little scared at first that I would not get my dress on time for my wedding since I waited almost at the end to order it. But I was able to pay for the rush fee and got it exactly the day they told me my order would arrive.
My dress came out perfectly made for me. It fit like a glove , it is beautiful and forever a memories of my wedding. Everyone was in awe of my dress and how beautiful it was. Got so many compliments.
I definitely recommend Olivia Bottega website to order. This dress was on my mind for the past 3 years and I will never regret ordering it. They were great, and when the dress was done being made they sent me videos of the final product. Thank you Olivia Botega Team for creating the dress of my dreams.

Expect to be ghosted
I ordered a veil and had to return it. The veil was unused with tags. It took forever to get a label because the associate ghosted me. The next associate sent me one and complained that I was sending it out late. I told her it was late because the other employee ghosted me? When it got delivered, the package was sitting for almost a month and they didn’t refund me. I had to email and remind them. I would have never got my money back if I did.

Wrong size dress - bad communication
Communication from the company was hit and miss, very annoying and stressful as I had no clue where my dress was or when it was arriving.. multiple times I reached out and got vague replies.
However my dress actually arrived, great quality. Veil sheds a bit but still really pretty anyways.
Update - I’ve gone to test fit the dress before my wedding, and I noticed I’ve been sent the wrong size dress. Granted this is “made to order” and with the delay in shipping - what am I supposed to do now. Nobody replies to anything.

I was afraid to order my wedding gown…
I was afraid to order my wedding gown online… would it come in on time? Would it fit? Would it be a total scam?? After much research and a little prayer, I clicked “purchase” and never looked back.
Customer service was helpful and upbeat. I sent all my measurements and asked questions about sewing up the slit. All questions were answered promptly and kindly.
When my dress came in, I opened the box and knew immediately this was a high quality gown. The material is quality and it is expertly constructed.
The details of the gown including corset, sleeve snaps, eye hooks and bow snaps are high quality.
I was absolutely thrilled with how the dress fit and looked.
On the day of my wedding so many people swooned at how gorgeous the dress was. My friend even told me “you have the most beautiful wedding dress I’ve ever seen. And I’ve been to a lot of weddings!” Another friend told my sister about my dress “It is everything I want my wedding dress to be.”
I felt like a real queen. I am soooo pleased with Olivia Bottega! Highly recommend this company. Do your research and communicate with the customer service and I’m sure you will be just as pleased as I am.

My experience from ordering my gown, to follow up ensuring my measurements were correct, to receiving the final gown was top-notch. You can tell that this is a designer that cares about your overall experience. The quality and beauty of the gown was even more impressive in person. I shortened my gown a bit in the front to display my shoes and each time I went in for a fitting, the staff and others that were in for various alterations commented on how beautifully made the was and the floral detail. I am so happy with my decision.
