The size guide was accurate and I had very few alterations to make to the dress. Shipping was prompt and they were even able to leave additional instructions for the package to be left at the back door. The dress itself was great, well-made, nice fabric, and true to picture. My whole experience was great.

Dream Wedding Dress!
I had purchased the “Cameron, Light ivory Satin Midi Wedding Dress” from Olivia Bottega on a whim online to wear as a reception dress, but as soon as I tried it on I knew it was going to be my wedding dress. The fit is excellent, I had no alterations needed. I’m petite (5 foot 1) and very curvy, and the length was perfect with high heels and the waist was a perfect fit as well because of the corset back. It was the retro, classic, old Hollywood dress of my dreams!

I just received my custom dress from Olivia Bottega, and I absolutely love it! I was initially hesitant about buying a dress from online store, so I decided to order some fabric samples first. Once I confirmed the quality and fit, I went ahead with my order. The consultants were incredibly helpful, guiding me through the measurement process and answering all my questions. When my dress arrived, it fit perfectly! The fabric (satin) is absolutely gorgeous—it holds its shape beautifully and looks much more expensive than it actually is. Gorgeous Dress
The quality of the dress was superb. I felt beautiful in it as well. I got lots of compliments along the lines of “I cannot believe you ordered that online!!”
Communicating about the custom measurements before the dress arrived was a bit spotty. I ended up having to send a second email after not hearing from them for a while which caused a bit of anxiety as ordering a wedding dress online is nerve wracking.

I thought there would be more personal & the extra super customized cost did not do me well.…
I thought there would be more personal interactions. I don't do well with email as I get 200+ spam emails a day & kept getting forced to communicate through email even though I asked not to. I spent well over $3000 on a gorgeous dress & veil. They kept nickel and dime ing me to death for absolutely everything. I paid the extra $ for the super customized size yet everything but the sleeves was good. The sleeves were so far off! I had to have them altered again. I understand a little adjustment. However the sleeves were huge! I know my measurements were correct because the seamstress took them. Overall the dress was gorgeous and everything I dreamed of, after I had to spend yet another $700 in more alterations after I paid the extra money for super customized. Not 1 person reached out to me to find out how satisfied I was just more spam emails constantly.

I saw an ad for Olivia Bottega when I was dress hunting and couldn’t get the Elise out of my head as I was shopping around. I knew I wanted that for my dress and the company did a great job of making sure the custom sizing was correct! There was a small mishap where my dress was delayed a week or so from its original arrival dat but it was so worth the wait! I felt absolutely gorgeous in my dress on my wedding day! I highly recommend them!

Olivia Bottega made sure to reach out and confirm my custom measurements down to every detail. My dress and veil came ahead of schedule and they sent me pictures and videos of my dress before shipping. Everything was perfect and the customer service is outstanding! 2 dresses, both great!
I tried on dresses in person in San Jose and they took my measurements there which was nice. I ordered one custom dress and one off the rack dress. Both were beautiful and I got update videos of them before they shipped. Between the video and the dress arriving was ~3 weeks. They were packaged nicely and the dresses arrived in perfect condition, plus they included garment bags so I could travel with the dresses without worrying about them getting dirty. The fit of the custom dress was absolutely perfect and I felt like a sparkly princess wearing it! The off the rack dress fit less well since my bust is smaller, but I just wore some bra inserts and didn't end up needing to get it tailored.

The dress wasn’t new it was in a good price I alter the dress a bit and it was not new it was used and they never said that in the specifications they have a good customer service but a little disappointed to be honest

BUYER BEWARE
FYI the response from the merchant is a blatant lie. I absolutely did not receive a refund. In fact, I asked to discuss the situation and received no response. I am even more disappointed than I was before that they would be this dishonest with the community rather than taking accountability for the flaw in the return policy.
BUYER BEWARE! I reached out to customer support to confirm return policy before ordering a dress. I live in a small
town without many in person options and have never tried on a wedding dress so I wanted to be sure I could return if it wasn’t the right style on me.To be clear, the dress I ordered was ready to ship and in stock, NOT custom. I received the dress, tried it on, took it off immediately and reached out to initiate the return. The dress was in my possession for 24 hours.
Fast forward two weeks and I get an email saying my return was reject because they can tell the dress was “worn” before I returned it. Apparently trying the garment on disqualifies you from making a return.
Very, very disappointing and misleading return policy.

Horrible Experience
I put in my measurements and the dress was huge. It took 2 months for them to process the return which was super inconvenient as it was very expensive. Will not order from them again.

Good not great
Communication with OB was extremely slow and painful. There were various typos in their responses which was not very professional. It also took a long time to get refunded after returning the item. Lastly, not being able to track a shipment was not ideal. I had no idea when my item was going to arrive, which is not good when you’re trying to prepare for your wedding. I honestly thought this website/company might have been a scam website, but turns out it’s legit (??).
