Reishi extract stabilizes my mood and improves my sleep. That is priceless for me.
Disappointed with improving my immune response: I’ve been through a bad case of shingles recently.
Lions mane extract: it is hard to for me to estimate the effect on my mental capacity. I think, it’s somewhat effective.
Both extracts taken for more than 2 months and in the higher of the recommended dose.
