They sent me the wrong size, so I was disappointed. After reaching out to them about it, they offered to fix the situation by sending the right size at no additional cost. I believe that shows great customer service, so I am changing my rating to excellent! Oh, the shoes are very nice, too! Thanks, OmegaWalk for providing a better experience.

I will definitely buy from them again. They have great customer service!! Their products are high quality and they have great prices! They are very kind and generous. Which is really hard to find businesses that have good customer service. And this is one of them!!!

I recently bought pair of shoes and i found really helpful because i need shoes for daily work which needs more walking and long hours standing and on top of that i have plantar fasciitis.I made a good decision for buying these one.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This has been THE WORST buying experience. I ordered late November during their holiday sale, and I didn't receive them until the end of December after the holidays, past their 30-day return window. They have been giving me the run around ever since through email because they do not have a phone number. They send me all the same size shoe when i ordered half sizes, they did not show that on the website correctly or i would have ordered differently. I spent close to $400 that they are refusing to return. I used sezzle to pay and Sezzle says that don't have enough information. I'm still trying to work it out with Sezzle to refund me and get the refund from Omega Walk. THIS IS A SCAM. Stay away!

Do not buy from Omegawalk. They come from China and are cheaply made and cheap looking. There is no way to return them and not worth it to pay for a return. The boots I purchased are so bad, I will not give them away or to a thrift shop. Total rip off.

Customer service at 1000% my shoes were the wrong size and I had absolutely no issue with getting things straightened out and getting what I needed. I 100% recommend you purchase from omega walk!

The shoes arrived with good timing and were as expected. Unfortunately the sizing wasn't right (too small) but the staff have been helpful at rectifying this for me and offered multiple solutions. Thank you.

Omega walk shoes are very comfortable and their customer service is awesome! I bought 2 pair of snowboots and needed to exchange the size on one. I got a timely personal email back from the head of customer service with a solution to my query through the online portal. In the meantime, my daughter tried hers out in the snow and the grip on ice was great.

I am very happy with my shoes, took a little longer to received but I got them and I am happy but they do run small. I have to communicate with customer service and their response was quick and they worked with me to get my issue fix with the size.

Very happy with Omega Walk I ordered trainers that was to small Omega Walk replaced them with no hassle so 5 stars

I'm grateful to Omega for taking the trouble to replace a pair of shoes which didn't fit. They did it pretty speedily, too.

Susan at customer service has been really helpful with options and support. I would note that there is a shipping charge for returning items that don't fit and I would encourage you to get a half or full size up from your usual size as the trainers arrive slightly smaller. In exchange for a new pair, I was asked to submit a 5 star review hence why i gave the customer service 5 star.

I order a pair of the Bliss Walk - Black on 12/19/2025 for my daughter to wear at work. These shoes finally arrived on 1/7/2026. The shoes were poorly and cheaply made. The bottom of the shoes are so slick, they have no rubber or grips on them. I requested a refund and they want to only give me 35% of my order total back 😤 and keep a pair of shoes I DONT WANT, that is not acceptable. Then they tell me if I dont want to do that that I could send the shoes back, by me paying the shipping cost and restocking fee, and wait for them to receive them and process a refund. That is also unacceptable!!

They need to send me a return label so I can send them back and process my refund!!

I wish there was an option for zero stars. This place is a scam total rip off, please do not order from them they do not use a reliable logistics company, they shipping takes weeks then, they send a confirmation that your order arrived but never did claims it was shipped through USPS which is bogus, I am writing this review so no one else gets taken of their hard earned money.

Omega walk shoes although comfy do run small. Their customer service is fast and reliable. Not only are they sending me a bigger size they are letting me keep the originals as well! Can’t wait to get use of my omega walk shoes!

If I can give this company a 0, I would I ordered my shoes on the 18th of December the purchase went smoothly however, When I tracked my item it’s stayed 2 days on pending shipping and moving cross faculty it got delivered on Jan 2, The worst shipping package a plastic wrap with the shoes , not in a box or a package you would like 60.00 dollars shoes would go in and the shoes are not as described as they are in the ad. The email is a customer robot that says we received your email and someone will respond in 12 hours , no one did.

Comfy shoes…worth the wait. However, the shoes run small so order one size up! Other than that…great shoe!
