Changes
The parking at "Park at he Docks" was great.
However, my confirmed parling for our next trip was changed by you to s different provider.
I am not happy about that.

We booked last minute since we didn’t expect the weather to was bad that morning. Easy process in booking and very quick parking process.
Then when my husband came back after midnight they gladly picked up my husband.
Highly recommended especially the value.

Indoor parking near the cruise with free shuttle
The indoor parking near the cruise lines entrance was nice, but the shuttles were caught in a very bad traffic gridlock, nearly causing us to miss the Celebrity cruise ship's departure time (we eventually got an Uber, making it 45 minutes before gangplank up). Our car was safely kept indoors for the week and we plan to use this facility in the future, hopefully without traffic issues!

Very good service - convenient and lower priced than airport parking
Hotel personnel and drivers are friendly and helpful. I have used this company multiple times. On Sunday night, December 21, there was a glitch between hotel and driver. When driver arrived, he was not expecting to pick up my friend and me. He had arrived to pick up a woman and her little girl. Apparently, the lady at the Courtyard hotel had not called the driver after I had called asking to be picked up or she did and he missed the call. This is likely why we waited 15 minutes or more outside at the airport. After initially saying that he wouldn’t take us, he did and directly to our car in the Courtyard parking lot. It was a minor glitch and fortunately the woman had called for a ride too because without her calling our wait would likely have been longer.

Reliable and reasonable rates
I've used them several times. Very easy to book on their website. Reasonable rates and no fee to cancel. They even extend the end time automatically at no extra charge! Will continue to book with them.

Good 2nd experience...
Second time used for parking while on a cruise. Easy check in, shuttle was on site to transport to airport about 15 mins away. Did have to wait a little long for the shuttle at airport to come pick us up but our cars were started and ready to drive off when we did arrive. They also helped load and unload luggage both ways.

We parked at Marriott hotel near SeaTac…
We parked at Marriott hotel near SeaTac airport. There were plenty of parking spots, well illuminated and fenced. I feel pretty safe. The security guard was very polite. The shuttle was frequent and on time. The price was great. There is no downside that I can think of.
