After making a non fault claim I have…
After my mum made a non fault claim she found the process difficult because of having to use a portal system rather than being able to speak to someone.
When the portal system failed I tried to help her and we used the web chat and was put through to advisor CB3 (Charlie) who was very helpful and friendly. She’s not yet been able to complete the process but Charlie has helped us to understand what she needs to do next and provided us with the information for it. We left the chat feeling more confident. Thank you CB3!!
