Booking easy and phlebotomist lovely lady. Results through within time frame and communicated results well and clearly.
Only problem I had was actually finding the place when I got to Chelmsford. Thank goodness for Abbotts Estate Agents who helped me and the lady before me to find the entrance.
Also I had a walker and was confronted by a long staircase as soon as I went through the door. It did say about not suitable for wheelchair access but didn’t realise it meant a steep at least 20 step access.

My test was easy to book
My test was easy to book. I was able to see exactly what I was looking for and the results I would be given. On the day I met a most helpful phlebotomist put me really at ease.
My results were prompt and very helpful GP explained them and the next steps I needed to take.

I can only recommend the services of One Day Tests in Chelmsford. I had a walk in test. The lady who took the blood was very kind, patient and professional. She also explained everything very well. Excellent service.
