Great service....results in just over 24 hours
Great service....results in just over 24 hours as had extended PSA tests. Second time I have used them. Jenny at the Cheltenham branch absolutely charming and very efficient.

Really professional experience with Jenny in Cheltenham, she was friendly and explained everything in detail putting my mind at ease. Results were quick, you can view them as they are via email or on a dashboard which is really easy to use and very informative for each result. Gives you a great insight into your health. Would definitely revisit again in the future and recommend!

Disconnect with NHS - take care
Process of booking was smooth. Phlebotomist was lovely. However....I went private for the bloods as quicker than NHS only to be told by the NHS that they are not allowed/insured to accept or use any of the results -so I have had to retake on NHS and have basically wasted my money. If you are using this service to feed back into the NHS check first with your GP.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we are pleased to hear you found the process smooth. The choice not to accept results is entirely and solely lies with your practice, not a rule of any kind and is simply not the case across the NHS service as a whole. Unfortunately this occasionally happens, which is very odd to us as well, as the efforts are wasted by the NHS as well. Just to reassure you, the laboratories used in either case are all UKAS accredited and have tests ordered from both private and public sector, so there is no reason what-so-ever to not accept, the labs are the same.

Fantastic service and would recommend to anyone who wants quick results. Blood taken in Cheltenham at noon on Monday. Received email of confirmation of receipt in their central laboratory next day at 11.31 and results two hours later at 13.31 again by email. Phlebotonist in Cheltenham excellent and very caring.

I recently used Onedaytest for a Cystatin C test and was really impressed. The advertised turnaround time was 13 days, but my results came back much quicker than that. The whole process was simple and straightforward – I arrived at the surgery well before my appointment and was seen straight away. Great service, high quality, and it gave me peace of mind much sooner than expected. I’d highly recommend Onedaytest.

Easy to arrange a test
Easy to arrange a test . Very swift with the results. Kept informed throughout. Only downside is the test is more expensive than other providers in the area.
