It was very easy to have my blood tested for ovarian cancer. They have a good selection of tests you can take and they are quick at sending the kit and getting the results out.

Very professional and efficient service, very skilled phlebotomist, results came back very quickly.

I attended the centre on 30 July 2026 and was very impressed with the service provided by Olha, the phlebotomist. She was highly professional, skilful and courteous, and communicated clearly throughout the appointment.

Her attention to detail was exceptional. She explained each stage of the process thoroughly, ensuring that I felt comfortable, well informed and completely satisfied with the service.

The TB test process is straightforward, and the professional staff thoroughly explains every step. However, while the website notes a 10-business-day turnaround, I highly recommend optimizing this timeline. Expatriate workers frequently face urgent deployments and tight visa deadlines, making a 10-day waiting period a significant barrier to returning to work.

Great service! Easy to book and found an appointment for the next day. The person taking the blood sample was lovely and very reassuring and the results were back within the day. All great if you’re anxious about needles, or indeed the results themselves. Booked an online appointment the following day with one of the GPs, who was excellent. He took the time to go through all the results with me and I left the experience feeling heard and greatly reassured.

Have used One Day Tests twice now, once for venous blood draw in Chiswick, and recently an at home test. Chiswick was excellent, seen very quickly, blood draw was painless, and results were very fast.

At home was also great, instructions clear, lancets effective, and results only took a day or so.

Highly recommend, especially if clinic is needed using the centre in Chiswick.
