Great Service
The Doctor kindly fitted me in as a 'walk in' near the end of the appointment day. She was kind, considerate, efficient and timely. Very good all round experience coupled with the fact that I had the result earlier than expected and was kept informed as to when sample arrived in lab. Very efficient process.

Experience was good. For non medical person hard to understand and read the report. Probably helpful to a Dr. But confusing for the patient.

Fantastic service. Easy to book (next day).
Esther the nurse was wonderful and the procedure was painless, didnt feel a thing !!!.
The results were so quick and I started to get some back that evening, with the balance the next day.
The way they present the results is outstanding, benchmarking against the average and showing any that are higher or lower.
Could not fault One Day Tests, brilliant service and definitely 5 stars.

Fast and knowledgeable
I had a walk-in blood test on Tues 15th July. I opted not to book a set package as I felt I needed to ask questions to get the right test for me.
I was lucky there were no queues first thing that morning so was able to be seen straight away by Magdalena. I had researched options and she came highly recommended. I can honestly say she knew her stuff from option to taking blood to after care. I have been recommending the service to everyone I know. The results were back very fast ( same day) and I was able to discuss results with my GP.
Not something I can personally afford all the time but a money we'll spent on body MOT for my 50th birthday.

Online didn't work but the office was brilliant
I struggled booking an appointment online so I just went into the office. The Dr was lovely and fitted me in for my blood test. Everything was very professional and she explained how everything works and how I'll get my results. Results arrived very quickly. Thank you.

The lady who took my blood was lovely, I don’t normally do well with bloods however she made the experience fun, safe, quick and easy.
