Female hormone blood test
I recently had a ‘Female hormone’ blood test. The woman who took my blood was called Debra, she was honestly the loveliest person ever. Chatty and made me feel really relaxed. My bloods were done so fast, didn’t hurt at all! It was so easy to blood, results came back fast and they were very helpful! Would absolutely go back again should I need to.

It was much easier for me coming here than going to the NHS to get a blood test.
I have a phobia of medical environments, I really dislike hospitals and doctors, and I usually really struggle to have any work at all done, especially injections or a phlebotomy (giving blood).
I attended the Liverpool clinic, and I had an appointment with a lovely woman called Debra. She put my mind at ease by calmly explaining the procedure and that she did not intend to rush anything.
Being greeted with a smile in a calm, un-rushed and respectful way makes dealing with a phobia so much easier. The compassion Debra showed during this 1-1 service is what encouraged me to proceed with the test, and it is thanks to her that this test was even possible.
Debra if you see this I can’t thank you enough!
I would definitely recommend one day tests for anybody that prefers a more direct approach to testing. Fast, reliable and bespoke service offering a rapid turn around time on results.

Most times I've had bloodwork it's been about 3 pokes to get it. She got it with one! Results came quickly. Wonderful experience.

Whole experience was fantastic
Whole experience was fantastic. I’m very difficult to get blood out of, and I have an upcoming surgery where they had already 2 failed attempts at getting blood and the op was at risk of being cancelled. I walked into the Liverpool clinic and was seen almost straight away by Debra. She was great, really took her time and assured me she would try her very best to get blood out of me, and she did! She was brilliant and was really reassuring and patient throughout the whole process, not at any point did I feel like a burden or feel like I was being rushed. Really great and I’m very grateful to Debra. I got the results filtering through the next day and I can’t fault anything about the process at all.
