A very fast and efficient service

A very professional service. It was quick, easy and well explained experience. Ollie (phlebotomist) was very polite and knowledgeable and explained me who their online dashboard works.

Disappointed that I spent £270 and they don’t even give you any kind of after-care where they tell you what your results actually mean.

There are other companies out there for a similar price that actually gives you some guidance after you’ve had your results.

The phlebotomist in MK (Oliver) covered all our (myself & husband) needs. He explained in detail what we needed to know. The test was good & back within a day.

Slight update to my review. My blood sample didn’t reach its destination on time, so I had to redo the process, but the clinic handled it perfectly and arranged a free follow-up. They also explained that December is a particularly busy month for deliveries, which is totally understandable.

Oliver @ Milton Keynes clinic was fantastic from start to finish. He explained the online portal clearly and was patient and kind throughout. I’m usually very nervous about blood draws due to past experiences, but he calmly guided me through each step and reassured me the whole time. Even with the need to repeat the test, the service didn’t disappoint, and I left feeling much more at ease than I expected. I couldn’t recommend him more.
I will be using the service regularly!

I really enjoyed the experience of the blood test. The staff at the clinic are very friendly and the nurse did the job very professionally! The results are very clear and easy to understand. Honestly, I've had lots of experience with blood test clinics before, and this is the best one.

The ability to put me at ease was the first positive flag.
He was kind, gentle and listened.
Then the speed in getting the results!!

Buy your test, book a slot (I saw Ollie @ the Milton Keynes clinic and he was fab 👌🏻) and turn up - no wait, you're in and out in 5 minutes!
Turnaround of results depends on which test you have - mine was a 5-day test but got results back in 3 days 😊😊 so happy with that.

Easy, I went as a walk in. Don't bother with the useless send off tests, this is much easier, slightly more expensive but worth it. Results next day on my tests. Happy. Would use again. Nice helpful guy as well.
