very easy process
very easy process - the person taking the blood was great, made me feel very comfortable (as someone who hates needles). results were received much quicker than quoted - all in all a very positive experience.

Great Service
I was able to get an appointment quickly and the lady who carried out my blood test was lovely, quick and I didn't feel a thing. What more can one ask.

Staff was very lovely and she helped me…
Staff was very lovely and she helped me pick the right tests needed for my bloodworks. Did an amazing job at drawing blood, no bruising or aches afterwards and talked to me the entire time to help distract me. Offered me free water too whilst I waited to be seen which was also very nice.

Top notch communication and feedback
The way they keep you posted via communications is top notch. I never had any complaints or confusion about how things were going. The process and results are also very fast. Overall, this is an excellent service.

Excellent service at the Newcastle clinic
This was my fourth visit to the Newcastle clinic. As always the turnaround time with results was extremely quick, and the online dashboard which shows results across time is beautifully clear (as is the information provided in respect of each of the different tests). Most importantly, the Newcastle phlebotomist (Bridie) is outstanding. She knows her stuff and she's genuinely interested in your case. I have reluctant small veins and need to have my bloods drawn without tourniquet, but Bridie does it in a flash and it's completely painless.

Top service
Booked my test and had them completed the following day. I turned up early however the nurse said it was no issue and took my bloods. Results came back the following day. Can’t fault the service I received
