Nightmare
Being asked all sorts of personal questions by their Transactional Support Team. Have sent over 2 months of bank statements from another bank, also other documentation such as website account statements to show where money has come from and I am experience total silence on their end. They have also made reference to specific transactions on the accounts quoting their T&C's but none of this is actually detailed therein. Would recommend you avoid this company unless it is a total last report.

I had money going missing out of my account left right and centre.i was to embarrassed to mention this to onepay.if it wasn't for the onepay team who saw these fraudsters on my account taking money and they put a stop on all transactions from my account.🙏thank you so much onepay.your security levels are right up there with the best.much.much thanks
