I haven't been able to resolve the issue of transferring an amount exceeding 500 pounds, which is frustrating.

Regarding the amount of money you can transfer, the maximum amount you can transfer in a single transaction via the MyOnePay app is £500. If you need to transfer more than this amount, you can simply submit an additional payment request through the app for the remaining balance.
Alternatively, if you would like to transfer more than £500 in a single transaction, you can contact our Customer Services team, who will be more than happy to assist you.

I was not sure how to activate my card…
I was not sure how to activate my card and because of deafness did not feel confident using the telephone
I was messaged with instructions on what to do. I have now activated my card. I was also given advice on cash withdrawals
