I spent ages trying to get the required 2000 points only to have the reward Claim rejected
Evidently they are scum
Avoid until they get things in order'
1 verify user's id first
2 verify user's bank details
3. Then let them start doing surveys so they don't receive emails bluntly stating*reward rejected*

Yet another corrupt lying company. Havent done a survey in a long time due to how rigged, bad and 98% never pay when you get right to the end. Basically making you work for free. Which is a crime. So tryed one on qmee. By the way avoid them like the plague too. Used to be good now just theives. Finish the survey and redirects me to set up an account with these asking for personal details and set up an account complete it 100% and took my time answered honestly and what a surprise an error after completion so they dont have to pay. Then check their site out and its 100% a scam, You didnt want to pay me for that one on qmee as you rigged it to not pay out and then try to force me to join your garbage site. YOUR AS DISHONEST AS THEY COME. I HOPE YOU GET SHUT DOWN! AVOID!!!

I have nothing negative to write as my experience has been so good.
The surveys I receive are easy and quick and as long as I pick them up in a timely manner I get enough to add to my balance. Also I had a lovely surprise of some bonus points, thank you.

A good site. I like OnePoll. You get a good variety of topics for the surveys. Different lengths of survey. Payments are made quickly. The odd query I have had is dealt with quickly and efficiently by Rachel. All good!

Great survey site, survey questions are on a wide variety of topics, and are short and interesting to complete. Rachel from customer services is always helpful and very quick to respond to any queries.

I love this site. Quick and easy surveys which mount up very quickly and any issues are dealt with quickly by customer services. Would definitely recommend.

Avoid this company at all costs. They are unhelpful and refuse to take responsibility for ensuring members are actually paid.

I earned £20, but the payment was sent to an incorrect email address (missing three digits from my ID). Because OnePoll's policy forces you to wait 30 days before you can even ask about a missing payment, I was kept in the dark and had no way of knowing a mistake had occurred until it was too late. The do not send proper confirmation of when money is sent where a person could check this or not.

I had to fight just to get a Transaction ID. Once I had it, I contacted PayPal directly. I did this, last night the first guy said it didn't, today PayPal has officially confirmed that no money reached my account. They also confirmed that because the email OnePoll used is not mine, I have no legal standing to track it—only the sender (OnePoll) can do that.

Rachel from customer service told me to contact paypal and was not helpful and kept blaming me, she knew and knows full well this would happen.

Despite this, OnePoll is refusing to re-issue my money, claiming it’s 'not their problem.' They are blaming a user for a typo that their own system failed to verify against my registered profile. They have my work, and they are now either pocketing the returned funds or not taking responsibility for sending it to the wrong person, this is poor security protocol and possibly breaching numerous laws. Their attitude is disgusting. I am reporting this as a data breach to the ICO and a breach of conduct to the MRS.

I have been a member for many years, and find it one of the best survey sites. Enquires are always dealt with quickly.

Don't waste your time on this site ..This is a scam Website when I reached the threshold for a reward they rejected my request and blocked my account. Avoid this website at all costs. I spent ages on their surveys for nothing

I had an issue with claiming my reward (totally my own fault).

This was resolved immediately following an email.

One of the better survey sites as surveys are quick & easy to complete. I had a issue recently where a survey has been closed by the owner but it was still showing on my to do list 1 year on! I emailed OnePoll last night & Rachel removed it from my list this morning. If only other companies could respond this promptly!

Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I can't complete surveys when I'm out & about. I would be nice if I could do them during my lunch break in the office etc.

It took a lot of time to complete the first set of polls to receive £20 credit to my account. I was unable to credit money into account on first 2 attempts but after emailing Rachel at customer services she was able to help. Hopefully the money will go through within the next 14/28 days.
Overall not too bad an experience!
