Blocked and asking for a photo, scamming!
Was going well and they decided to block my account after I earned £20 (2000 points) for the 4th time and not reward me, I'm waiting for your email. Emailed to say we can't give you your money, stay away from them. They clearly are using personal information for other reasons
I've been receiving rewards from them for a few months and guess what they want my photo and me next to my id what a joke.
I want my money for the surveys I took gor months, stay away from these scammers

Great Survey Site & Helpful Staff
I have been a OnePoll member for over 10 years and have never had any major problems. When I have needed to contact them, they have replied promptly. Just recently I emailed regarding redeeming points and Rachel replied & helped resolve my query.

I've been enjoying One Poll for a few months now, and I love taking part in the One Poll surveys.
Hey, they've even made me realise things about MYSELF whilst completing the many, varied subjects covered.

Banned without a reason
They waited several days until after my very first redemption request to deny it without any explanation, simply sending me an email telling me that it had been denied, and then they banned my account without telling me. So really they just scammed some free labour out of me. Wouldn't recommend signing up.

I was trying to access a survey
I was trying to access a survey, when my account was blocked. I contacted Rachel at OnePoll who explained that my IP address showed me out of the UK. I had made the mistake of not disconnecting my VPN which showed me out of the UK.
After contact and explaining the mistake my account was promptly restored.
I rarely need to contact admin, payments are processed quickly so I have no complaints. On the rare occasions I have contacted them, Rachel has dealt with any query, promptly and politely.

Useless site that suddenly decides to permanently block your account after numerous years, giving fake and vague reasons, demands you send sensitive info/ID then gives snotty replies to valid reviews.
Disgusting company, avoid at all costs

We have the highest data quality standards and if such activity occurs we will put the account on hold pending investigation. This may involve PhotoID being requested. You are totally within your rights not to supply it but without some element of validation the account will not be reopened.

I had a small and niche query and Rachel was incredibly quick at responnding and giving an honest and helpful answer.
Customer service is never robotic, but always personalised and friendly.
The payout threshold is £20 and is reached quickly via the short surveys.

Brilliant customer service
I’ve been a member of One Poll for some years. I like their short straightforward frequent polls.
Recently I had a payment rejected, which One Poll informed me about and told me to get in touch with Customer Service. I did, and the problem was explained and sorted within 24 hours.

On every occasion I've contacted OnePoll their response has been prompt, effective and always positive - and this time was as I've come to expect . My email was responded to within hours and the (very) minor issue had been resolved .
