They've put my account on hold for no reason. I've been regularly doing surveys haven't been screened out or given wrong information l've got quite a few points towards my £20.

The reply back for ID is not something l should do even if this Company is genuine l'm now seeing lots of other similar complaints like mine.

I asked for an explanation was told that they couldn't tell me, really?

If this isn't sorted as its the principle of the matter then l feel strongly that everyone's account will go the same way.

I'm not one to just let this go after giving them a lot of my time, information to help them for a few years at least. Been problems in the past which l had to sort it out even though it was their fault.

They are still sending me surveys
Tell me how am l meant to do them if l cant access my Account?

I just Completed my Account, and Email them Yesterday if I could use My Colleagues PayPal Email to redeem, while my Own PayPal is still Under supervision, They Refuse to reply me yesterday, I messaged them again, that I haven't heard a reply from them, Next this This Morning, they Blocked My Account and sent me a Message that They Made a scan, and Blocked my Account, For What Reason, for Emailing them, you get blocked, and Asked you to Provide your ID And you holding it also, who does that, So Now Onepoll Has Took my Time and Cash of £20, Real
Scammers, They Get you to answer Survey and Refuse to pay you, if you Wants, To block, Block them while they are still starting the ACC, not When they Place payment you Reject It, I have read many Comments Here, But Now I experience it, Real Scammers, I will The UK Authorities could look into this Website and see The way they dupe members

Quick to send me surveys when I signed up, but when I tried to redeem my points OnePoll rejected it and froze my account. I emailed them asking why and they had done this and they said they "seemed" to have found irregular or missing information or possible links to other accounts. They then asked for a photo of my photo ID, a separate photo of me holding the ID, and proof of UK residency! They should have asked for this when I signed up, as I would never have gone through this palaver just to do a few surveys. Keep my £20 reward that you don't want to pay and close my account!

Made contact to report a relatively minor problem. The issue was considered and a solution found within the hour. Just can't ask any more than that. Well done OnePoll - keep up the good work.

After spending hours of my time on surveys, plus all the surveys you start and then they say, you're not eligible for the survey, and only getting half way to the cash out point, they blocked my account and said I was in another country. It may be because I use a VPN, though it' always set to the UK, so not sure what's happened there. They want photographic evidence of prrof of address and me holding said proof of address, but after reading other comments here, where they send this and stay blocked, I'm not going to risk sending such data that can be used fraudulantly. I'll just count moy losses and stay away. They really ow me £10 + for all the surveys I already did, but I'll never see that, and will have to chalk it up to experience. My advice is stay away from this company. Been doing surveys for years elsewhere and never had this happen before.

For a while I've had three surveys in my survey inbox all saying that they have been deactivated by the people who posted them. Apparently they remove them when their study has finished. As they'd been in my inbox for ages Rachel kindly removed them.

I’ve been a OnePoll member for years but ,like others reviewing here, I found my account blocked a couple of days ago - because I forgot to turn my VPN off on this occasion. This was frustrating but customer service dealt with it very quickly when I contacted them and reinstated my account immediately once I provided an explanation and photo id. It’s a slightly clunky process but I really can’t complain about the speed of their response. All in all I think they are one of the best in their field, offering fair payment, short & interesting surveys and good customer service.

Used them for years & never had any serious issues. Decent surveys, quick payment & any technical issues are rectified very quickly.

Really helpful customer service. I have contacted them on mnay occassions and every time I received quick response and detailed explanations. My issues were all resolved to my satisfaction. Their support is highly appreciated. Thank you Rachel.

I have been with One Poll for years and have always kept up with my surveys but I tried to log in and my account has been blocked so I messaged Customers service and was told my IP address was not in the UK and what is my explanation for this, I have none because my IP address is the same one I've had for thirty years based in the UK and the same one since being with 0ne Poll. I was asked to send a photograph with me holding my UK ID, like my Passport to prove who I am As I explained I would not do this via E Mail due to the risk of Identity fraud and it all sounds a bit suspect. They now owe me for the surveys I have done but I can not access the account. Customer service unhelpful so I would think again before joining

I signed up to One Poll about fifteen years ago, and have found it to be excellent.
Surveys are varied and interesting, and I feel well rewarded for my time.
On the rare occasion I've needed to contact the support staff I've always found them to be courteous and prompt with their replies.

Had reason to contact the customer service department.
It was regarding a payment I tried to redeem but hadn't been actioned.
Turns out that it was my fault as I'd failed to complete the redemption form correctly.
Response from customer services was swift and detailed, for which I was extremely grateful

Great survey company. They don't fill your inbox like a lot of companies do, but there are plenty to do, just check the site daily. Any questions, they reply to you straight away.
