I recently hit a technical glitch (entirely down to me) and ended up locking myself out of the site . One email, problem solved and access enabled . As always, the customer service team rocks !

Even for my age there are plenty of surveys so the £20 pay out doesn't take too long to reach. I enjoy answering most of them as they are usually well compiled & have had no problem with Onepoll.
I have nothing negative to write as my experience has been so good. The surveys I receive are easy and quick and as long as I pick them up in a timely manner I get enough to add to my balance. Also... Voir plus

Great survey company
Great survey company. They don't fill your inbox like a lot of companies do, but there are plenty to do, just check the site daily. Any questions, they reply to you straight away.

Redeeming problems with Safari Browser
I'm Apple based and use the Safari Browser. When trying to redeem my points, I do not get the pop-up asking for my bank account details. Contacted Rachel who quickly recovered my points along with a few missing ones. Many Thanks. However, have to use a different browser to redeem?? A nuisance!

Dont bother they just block you
Blocked without warning fail one quality check accidentally and you get blocked. I will be investing my time with more worthwhile companies seem to want ID which is weird request to make after almost year doing the surveys. No loyalty to users. Reading lot of reviews this companies seem to block and request ID a lot. Should ask for id on signup not a year or so after.

I had a query regarding a reward payment going back over twelve months so I contacted Onepoll and I received a very prompt response from Rachel who provided me with the information I wanted in double quick time. Excellent Customer Service, I will more companies were as good.

Account was blocked
Account was blocked, as seems to be the case with many people lately. I contacted customer support to be told it was blocked due to more than one account at this IP address. My husband has an account and we didn’t realise that this would cause an issue. After providing my ID and proof of UK residency, my account was reinstated.
However, we received no prior warning or notification that our accounts were going to be blocked, nor could I find any contact details for customer services when I received the “blocked” message in the login page. Luckily I had their email address already from previous correspondence, but other people might not have this.

Poorly Paid Surveys
This looked quite good at the outset a £5 welcome bonus and a £20 cashout level.However the (infrequent) surveys are 10p to 20p per survey and on this basis it would take the best part of a year to get to £20 given how poorly paid the surveys are.There are other much better survey companies about so I wouldn't recommend Onepoll.

Please be aware and stay away of this company
Please be aware and stay away of this unethical company. I have contacted MRS about this company. STAY AWAY! I will upload my email conversation between myself and them. They block you for no reason. This is my first review as I do not leave reviews but need to on this unethically trading company! This is the only company which asks for two forms of identification and once sent they say sorry your account remains closed. Please stay away!

Swift Agent Response, Quick Turnaround Time!
I have had a survey on my dashboard for more than 4 weeks now and it seems like a plaque that wouldn't go away. However, I reached out to the customer service and was helped by Rachel who did explain what was the cause of the error and went as far as assisting to get rid of the unwanted survey from my dashboard, and I can't do nothing but to sincerely thank her and show my gratitude too.

Very disappointed I have been enjoying…
Very disappointed I have been enjoying doing surveys but realised today not had any invites so logged in to find deactivated
Not even a email from them to say this had happened. I emailed them as I have done a lot of surveys to find out they think I'm a fraudulent person!!! Said they want picture id me holding picture id and proof of UK residency NOT A CHANCE if you don't have the decency to tell me if issues I'm sure it's a ploy not to pay out BEWARE !!!!!!

Always helpful
My account was suspended and I was most concerned about it. I emailed Rachel and she was doing her best to help me to recover it. Rachel has help me in past with sorting payments out too, incredibly helpful! I love One poll because they are genuine survey company, no false promises of million pounds per survey and you can leave your day work, but real surveys averaging at 20 pence per survey which mounts up incredibly quickly, interesting subjects an hopefully our will help to improve in this world! Thank you

I have been a member of a panel for a number of years
Surveys are loaded regularly.
Reward level is £20. Easy to attain.
Excellent customer services who respond properly within 2 hours.

Blocked account
Went on auto pilot whilst laying on my sun lounger checking emails and was blocked.
Rachel Knight replied to emails promptly and courteously explaining the reasons for not being able to access my account. When ID was provided account was reinstated. Perhaps there could be a “holiday button” which freezes account whilst out of the country? I am sure there are lots of us that complete surveys daily.
