I recently hit a technical glitch (entirely down to me) and ended up locking myself out of the site . One email, problem solved and access enabled . As always, the customer service team rocks !
Even for my age there are plenty of surveys so the £20 pay out doesn't take too long to reach. I enjoy answering most of them as they are usually well compiled & have had no problem with Onepoll.
I have nothing negative to write as my experience has been so good. The surveys I receive are easy and quick and as long as I pick them up in a timely manner I get enough to add to my balance. Also... Voir plus

Extremely impressed with the service at…
Extremely impressed with the service at one poll always replies in a promptly manner and Rachel is the best at this and helps solve all my queries including my latest issue with the app not refreshing which has now been resolved. I have been a member with one poll for many years now and only recently got one of my other family members to join who has only been a member for over a month and absolutely loved it compared to any other survey partner apps. Keep it up one Poll :)

A really good survey provider
A really good survey provider. Short, sharp surveys that are easy to complete. Any time I have an issue (which is rare) the support team is quick to respond.

I was told at the end of the survey…
I was told at the end of the survey "please select the number 17. If you select any number other than 12 you will be disqualified." I selected 12, and then I was told that I won't be allowed to take their surveys again, because I'm untrustworthy.

If members consistently fail questions then they will be blocked but not for one error especially when the question was incorrect. If you had written to memners@onepoll.com they would have apologized and credited your account with the points. Many apologies for this

I have been a member of recent, And So far, I av seen Some Positive and Negative Reviews Here,but I believe This Website is legit, but @Onepoll I wish to know, how your payouts goes, Is it 14 days as some members says here, so says it's not Upto 14 days , so I kindly demand that You Clear Members either on your Website or Here, because whenever I log in, I see a notification saying that you have paid members Upto 26 of May, or is it that You only Process Payments once in a month

Thank you for your review. We usually process payments once a week and whilst we guarantee to pay within 28 days we usually pay well within 14 days and usually less.
Re-activating my account after being blocked.
Rachel Knight re-activated my account on the same day I had reported the problem.
I had attempted to complete surveys whilst relaxing on holiday in the Canaries. This sent the system into a bit of a spin and blocked me with a curt message.
I really had no idea I was not allowed to do this as I still resided in the UK.
Anyhow, all back to normal now and lesson learnt!

Thank you for your review. People logging in from an IP address outside the UK is a potential sign of fraud, as such our system blocks them pending investigation. Occasionally this catches genuine members like yourself and when this happens we reinstate quickly. Thanks for your help with our research

I have been using onepoll for quite a while now they are really good the surveys are quick and intreating. Recently I had my account blocked as they thought I had 2 accounts but I have one and so does my wife so I got in touch and they were really helpful and quick then they helped me with a payment issue I had would really reccomend.

OnePoll the best survey site
I've been taking part in OnePoll's surveys for several years and it doesn't take too long to claim payment since the amount of points needed has been lowered. A great site with a variety of surveys.

Good survey platform
I have been with OnePoll for over 4 years, and never had any issues until recently. I tried to complete surveys whilst on holidays abroad and my account was blocked. However, after contacting OnePoll and verifying my identity the account was immediately re-instated. I will continue using them, as I like how straightforward and short their surveys are.

Great customer service team!
Occasionally had problems but the customer service team has sorted them out really quickly…unlike many other survey sites. Impressed how quickly they responded and how they resolved things.

I love giving my opinions in surveys and receiving rewards in return.
One Poll surveys are very interesting easy to complete, if you ever have a problem they are very helpful in sorting it out.
Payouts are also quick highly recommend.
