I recently hit a technical glitch (entirely down to me) and ended up locking myself out of the site . One email, problem solved and access enabled . As always, the customer service team rocks !
Even for my age there are plenty of surveys so the £20 pay out doesn't take too long to reach. I enjoy answering most of them as they are usually well compiled & have had no problem with Onepoll.
I have nothing negative to write as my experience has been so good. The surveys I receive are easy and quick and as long as I pick them up in a timely manner I get enough to add to my balance. Also... Voir plus

Went on auto pilot whilst laying on my sun lounger checking emails and was blocked.
Rachel Knight replied to emails promptly and courteously explaining the reasons for not being able to access my account. When ID was provided account was reinstated. Perhaps there could be a “holiday button” which freezes account whilst out of the country? I am sure there are lots of us that complete surveys daily.

I would Say that There are Many Forms of Scam, but you see this Onepoll, they use a verified name to Scam People, I know many survey sites that Pays Very well and Don't lock people out especially when they place withdrawal, you all that are Giving Good reviews about this web, You're the Cause, Because I believe it's either , Onepoll employees create Trustpilot accounts to give themselves good reviews and nothing more, How can you reject my Payment after Working Hour, and after I have placed for payment, I saw their email, I was heart broken, my sweat and believe and hard work, believe it or Not, You can No longer request for payment without being rejected by the administrator, So those active users ,just know that Your Payment will not be precessed without You providing your Personal details

I was a happy user of One Poll for several years until all of a sudden my account was blocked.I contacted them and managed to get it reinstated.Then some months later I was blocked and reinstated again.This was a few years ago but from memory I was blocked about four times in an increasingingly short time period.I corresponded several times with One Poll who told me I was apparently doing surveys from anothe country(I wasn't)and/or I was using multiple accounts(I wasn't).They also believed I was in Ohio(I am not and never have been.)After about the third block I was asked to send photo ID to prove I live in the (UK).I did and was reinstated.A few months later I was again blocked and again told to send photo ID.I replied that I had already done this once before but they said they don't keep records of things like that and to be reinstated I had to do it again,at which point I gave up.I told One Poll several times that I live and have always lived in the UK,that I only use one account to action surveys,and that I am not trying to scam them for £25....all to no avail.I expect they will reply to this post and just repeat all the accusations they made during my saga of trying to persuade them that I am a nearly 80 years old honest man who is not involved in any of the activities they give as a reason for blocking me after several years of problem free survey entry.One Poll has replied and said I was blocked because I used VPN.Yes I did,I always do to protect me from hackers.No other company has ever complained to me about using this safety feature and I am surprised that One Poll's system cannot cope with VPN usage and find it grounds for cancelling their users.I also distinctly remember being told by One Poll that my use of VPN has "nothing to do'with my account being blocked.They also mention that "not least"among my transgressions was apparently lying about my age.I said that I am nearly 80 but it seems that isn't true.I was born in January,1946 so although I would be happy to find out I was only about 45,I am afraid that a simple arithmetical calculation tells me that I will be 80 in January next year.Anyway,enough from me.I could go on disputing with One Poll but as I am,er,nearly 80 I think I will find more productive things to spend whatever time I have left on.

I have used been using the survey for quite a long and i am so happy with the response and the way customer service query was handled. I would rate it 5 star for it. Plenty of easy short surveys. I have had two pay outs and they took a little time but all was good.

I would give 0 star but it won’t let me.
Having being a member for a couple of months I’ve been blocked for fraudulent/ suspicious activity, when I’ve emailed them I got asked to send over ID, etc. after sending ID over I’ve been told I’m permanently blocked for fraud/suspicious activity.
Seriously avoid, waste of time completing surveys to be blocked once you’re close to the withdrawal limit!

Issues of my own making (mistake) were swiftly and efficiently dealt with. I enjoy the questionnaires - the topics are so varied, and am very happy to have the perspective of a 77 year old female represented!

These people blocked my and and reject my payment, I tried to email them, they warn me that this is the last time they will respond to me ,because i email more than Once, who does that, I think, the UK research Panels should look into some sites and how they are Duping innocent members from their hard earned money, and don't give then clear Reasons, am speaking on behalf of the innocents that they took this advantage of, you complete your account and ask for payment only for you to be block and Threatened on your hard earned, They ask you to submit your private details, are they really, authorized by the federal government to access Your Private Details like they always request?

Through lack of concentration I managed to push the wrong button when attempting to redeem my reward and got myself in a bit of a muddle. A quick email to OnePoll showed what I had done, and within only a few days they'd sorted me out and made the payment. You just can't ask better that that. Thanks to the OnePoll team for excellent service.

for some reason I suddenly could not access surveys from within my account. Rachel arranged for email survey invitations to be sent to me and the problem soon was addressed and solved.

Highly impressed with the customer service from One Poll. I recently contacted them regarding a technical issue that I was experiencing with receiving surveys. Rachel from customer services dealt with the problem in a very friendly and efficient manner and the issue was resolved very quickly.
