Broken oven
Company was recommended by a neighbour after our oven stopped working. After speaking to someone the guy came the next day to fix the oven. Guy explained the problem and work was done quickly and efficiently.

Excellent service and communication from booking to repair. Engineer resolved the issue within half an hour. Really impressed. Will definitely use them again if other appliances fail.

First rate service and in the circumstances speedy. Efficient and friendly! We’ve used them twice once for a dishwasher and again for a washing machine. Definitely recommended!

Dishwasher repair
We needed our dishwasher repaired. I requested "One-stop Appliance repairs" They contacted me via a message to let me know they had booked the visit for either am/pm . Engineer messaged me to say how far away he was and approximate mins to arrival. It was not a straight forward repair. I paid the call out charge £40. They were so polite and careful I would recommend them again and again.

A prompt and efficient service
Excellent service. I completed the online SMS message service. Within 24 hours I had a telephone call. I was booked in for the following day. I was sent a text message to confirm my appointment. I had another text with a link to see where my engineer was, how far away he was. Fantastic service. I will be sharing their number with everyone I know!

Electrician called to repair Bush Electric Oven. He diagnosed the problem quickly and carried out the repair very efficiently. Luckily he was carrying the part required in his van. He was very Covid19 aware and ensured a safe working environment.

Great Company
We had a problem with our American fridge freezer and had been completely let down by another company. We then found One Stop and what a difference, they were so helpful and professional and we knew straightaway after speaking to Alan that we could trust this company. We needed a part which was quickly sourced and fitted by Curtis. I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received and we will definitely use them again. Use this company you will not be disappointed.
