Very pleased with my washing machine repair- I called at about 10am and it was fixed by 2pm despite needing a new motor. Very quick, friendly and professional service- thank you!

Excellent service from first contact to fix. Easy to contact vis telephone or through their web page. Contacted on Tuesday and fixed by Thursday morning, which included ordering the part. Repair carried out obeying all COVID rules. Would definitely use again and recommend to anybody.

Excellent service from this company and I would highly recommend them. We were told we were second call of the day and then had a text message about 20 minutes before Allen arrived. He sorted out the problem with our fridge freezer very quickly. He was polite, helpful and knowledgeable and followed social distancing at all times.

We had Curtis come out to change the element in our oven. We called last minute and were really pleased with how quickly he was able to come out. He was really polite and explained the issue to me he even came prepared with the part which saved time. He was in an out in a matter of minutes and we really appreciate the service. Would certainly recommend :)

Used One Stop Appliance Repairs to repair our American style fridge freezer.
The service received from start to finish was excellent.
Parts needed were ordered and we were contacted as soon as they were received to arrange a visit to fit the replacement and the problem was solved.
Allen was very helpful, informative and friendly and adhered strictly to all Covid 19 procedures.
Prices were very competitive.
I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again without hesitation.

Easy and hassle free booking - had a text reminder the day before the appointment, and another text reminder about 15 minutes before Allen was on his way. Allen diagnosed and fixed the issue in 30 mins and respected social distancing at all times. Would use again and highly recommend.

This Trader was recommended by someone on a local Facebook community group . I rang them at 9.00am and the engineer was here by 3.45 pm
Curtis was very friendly , socially distanced and kept to the Covid 19 rules , as I have been shielding it was very reassuring .
Because I had mentioned the make of my oven and what could possibly be wrong , he had gone back to the office and had the element on his van . He assessed that it was this that was broken and fixed it there and then
I was very impressed with the quality of the service and the speed .
I would certainly recommend them and use them again if needed
